I've been going to various salons for manicures for over 30 years and First Nail Spa is way up there in amazing service! My nails look fabulous! I went in with Gel-X nails on a few fingers, a couple of cracked natural nails, and no-chip polish on the rest of my nails. Everything was quickly and carefully removed gently. I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.
