Worst salon you could possibly go to. Marina doesn't know the difference between blonde and brown. I went in because my blonde highlights needed a touch up. I left with brown hair. Talk about pissed off, she said my hair was too damaged and that she could use color to achieve what I wanted well she can't read ENGLISH and doesn't speak it well either. She used a brown color and I said it looked dark. She said no it is just the light in here. Well it wasn't the light. I of course called the owner immediately, the arrogant SOB, and he didn't offer any refund or anything except to come in and let them fix it. I spoke to the owner and made the appointment. I assume it was the owner a very nice man he texted me the location hung up my coat offered coffee Was just amazing. He made an appointment for me on the phone with LILIYA. She explained the procedures of the different pedicures they offer. It's more cosmetic than spa like it was unusual. She took electric tools and she buffed out my nails, buffed off my calluses and put a bit of lotion. They have great massage chairs that aren't too hard to use a nice coffee machine. My nail technician was experienced and not only gave me a flawless pedicure she was skilled in repairing toe nails and sculpting as well. I'm very picky... This was the most detailed pedicure I've had to date. If you don't live near by - it's worth the drive and it's affordable! The salon itself was welcoming and clean. I've happily driven 45 minutes to get the mani pedi of my dreams. The attention to detail and cuticle cleanup is unmatched. Prices are quite affordable too. What's different than the typical mani/pedi - expect to spend more time at the salon while your nails are meticulously cleaned up. My first pedicure ran about 90 minutes. For a gel mani/pedi with efiling it took a little over two hours. I had my hair colored here about a month ago. I needed a touch up on my roots and a toner on the rest of my hair, as it was faded. The service was strange and lacking in basic things that should be done when getting your hair colored, but I tried to go with the flow and give it all the benefit of the doubt. There was also a major language barrier because my stylist and I didn't speak the same language. This would have been something to maybe let your client know ahead of time or plan to have someone available to help us communicate efficiently. In the end I left this salon with pitch black hair. My hair was not black before, it was brown. I had asked to cover the grays on the roots and tone the rest. But yeah, anyway, pitch black hair. I looked and still look like a witch so thank goodness it's October now. My hair has also not been the same since this appointment. It is stringy. It won't curl the same way it did before. It feels like straw no matter what I do. It's so very upsetting. I was hoping the color would fade and I could hydrate my hair and solve the problem but alas, this has not happened. I've never experienced this before and I've been getting my hair colored in this way for about 10 years. So anyway, make sure you do your research. read more

My hair was cut 5 inches shorter than I asked them to cut it! I'm truly DEVASTATED that it's been keeping me awake at night. I was donating my hair (15 inches donated), and I told them exactly what length I wanted my hair to be at--NO SHORTER!!! I said I wanted long layers. Instead I got a BOB haircut up to my ***shoulder*** when I said BRA LENGTH. I also said I wanted a regular highlight, but they started doing something else when I noticed it wasn't a highlight! That is completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, they didn't understand much English. The lady did a wonderful job highlighting (After I had to stop them), but the haircut not at all what I asked! Save your money and hair, and go somewhere else. It was supposed to cost $190, so there's hidden fees they don't inform you about too. It's not worth it. They didn't listen at all to what I wanted!! Update: The manager was not listening to my concerns, and the fact that I've been calling to speak about these issues for several days now. He completely ignored my frustrations. I was in the salon when she was there and let me tell you, this young lady was nasty mean and aggressive. clearly there was nothing that the staff could do to make her happy and the other customers, myself included did not feel safe in the salon because of her behavior. the staff did everything within their power to please her and she was not having it. several customers suggested that the police be called. for that reviewer to suggest that people were hired without a license is preposterous. shame on them. I was seen by marina, And I have long black thick hair. And I absolutely hate it to the point I had to go to another salon to get it fixed the same day. Here is what all went wrong 1) communication problem because no one told me she isn't fluent in English yet. Which is not a problem with me, but how an I going to tell her what I want, so someone translated 2) I asked for multiple 2-3 layers. She put one abrupt layer and thinned my hair too much, it looks ridiculous and makes me want to yell at her but again she won't understand 3) a good haircut with my extremely thick hair takes 45 mins to 1 hr .. she did such a horrible job in 20 mins. I came to this salon with a horrible balayage job from a different salon that pretty much ruined my hair, (look at attached before and after pictures) I didn't even know if anything could be done to fix my hair but Olga was able to fix my hair and do a proper balayage plus color correcting, I am so happy with my hair and I know it will only get better going forward. Olga is very nice and professional she gave me 100% of her time, she was constantly checking on the color and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. Can't believe what happen today at that salon, if you are planing to come and get your service done just think twice. The owner hardly speaks English like most of the employees , costumer service is not in their vocabulary . A teenager came to get her haircut, her technician spoke 0 English and couldn't communicate with her client. This young girl ask her few times if she speaks any English , no answer what so ever. She was trying to show her how much she should cut , since the technician did not understand and wasn't trying to get help from someone else to translate, jut started cutting and cut huge part of her hair. Of course everyone would be upset, there was no apology from the technician and the owner told her to dry her hair or he will call police . She even was charged for the other services and was told to go somewhere else if she doesn't like. It is discounting that those people run a business and hire people without a little bit language just to communicate . I wouldn't be surprise if he hires people with out license. read more

I got a balayage color and haircut by Lala and am so happy with the results! The salon is nice and cozy. Everyone is super friendly and I was offered tea/coffee. This was my first time out of the house by myself after having a baby and it was a great relaxing experience. Lala took great care to paint on all the color and worked with me to pick out the toner. I can tell she takes great pride in her work. The prices are a bit steep but my color should be pretty low maintenance for a while. I will be back again for more haircuts/color! read more
