Since I couldn't get time off from work to accompany her myself, I was told that I just needed to write a consent form for my daughter to travel without me and have a copy of her birth certificate, and it should be fine. Then, a relative warned me that airlines or immigration can be picky and might hassle her without notarization--better safe than sorry. I panicked when I heard it coz the trip was only 3 days away, and I worked full time, so there's no way I can go and get the letter notarized during business hours. I searched for mobile notaries and found Seri and texted him. I explained the rush, and thankfully, he was flexible and able to work around my schedule, and we set it early in the morning before I headed for work. He even called before setting off to reconfirm and showed up right on time. Such a nice guy. He walked me through everything, checked my ID properly, and got the notarization done quick and easy. His fee felt fair compared to what I've seen quoted for other mobile notaries around Paso Robles (some are pretty steep for the travel). Single Dads listen to this warning.; she will take your retainer and everything will seem great, that is until the retainer is burnt up and she actually has to act like a lawyer. You will be scrambling to find 5 years paperwork that she waits till the morning of court to ask you for. Or like she did to me, tell me there is no reason to show up to court, and then calls after you're already late telling you to show up. This of course makes you look bad to the judge, and she will save her own skin before defending you. Save your money for another lawyer, as Kara is just going to bend you over and leave you helpless and then abandon your case, because she can't keep track of your case for $300 an hour.

I went in and tried to explain my issues with my computer, and the guy just said "ok". And didn't have any customer service at all. He seemed like he didn't even want to have a conversation and had no care in the world for any issues you had. They said they would charge me 150-225 depending on what's wrong. I was okay with that. Then when I was getting my computer back, they said it was it was just a bios update and that he's just gonna "charge me 225 just to update the bios". So why am I being charged for something so simple? Again, I've been here before and never had any issues, I don't know what was wrong with them this time.
