From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered help. Samantha went above and beyond, walking around the store with me looking for tropical shirts, even taking a sweater off a mannequin when we couldn't find another one in my size! When we moved to the golf department, she introduced me to Jason, who helped me find the perfect pair of CALIA golf pants in the right size. What impressed me most was the teamwork. Jason even brought Samantha back over to give me a woman's opinion on the fit before I made my decision. When the sweater didn't have a price tag, he quickly looked it up and checked me out himself. It's refreshing to shop somewhere where employees genuinely enjoy helping customers. Samantha and Jason made my shopping trip easy, fun, and successful. Long story short, we went to another store and start to head home when we were pulled over by the police on the coldest day of the year they made us get out of our vehicle on the side of the road while they search for stolen jackets in our vehicle, which they found nothing. We asked the officer who made the statement that we shoplift a bunch of jackets and they said that we have to talk to the management cause they made the call and reported it. So ever since then we refuse to shop there, I gave it to the management that 2020 was a hard and difficult time to shop in stores, but you shouldn't racially profile people and put them in groups just because they're the same race do better.
