My SUV looks amazing!!!!!!! I was recommended Final Finish by a friend that works for a company that uses them. I was not disappointed! I needed to have my car detailed to pass inspection to ship my car to Germany on civilian military orders. Final finish took my inspection paperwork and made sure that every request was met on the list. When I showed up to pick up my SUV I was in shock!!! I only remember it looking this good once before.....when I bought it. I also have a dog and I have never been able to fully rid the back of his dog hair. I had an appointment scheduled for their highest end interior and exterior detail ($400-$500 quote) and dropped my car off the night before. I came back to pick it up the day after my appointment because it was supposed to be a 24 hour service, and when I got there my car had not been touched and they said they just ran out of time to get to it but never bothered to call and update me of this. I came back the following day--2 days after appointment, 3 days after drop off--and my car was finally finished (maybe where their name comes from?), but they had called me to tell me that they had damaged part of my hood and that part would need to be replaced. When I arrived, my initial impression was that my car looked pretty good (minus the hood) but I've since found many scratches that I paid to have removed that they didn't remove. They then proceeded to try and make me pay 10% more than the high end of the quote they gave me and said it was because they had to spend so much extra time trying to fix the damage they had caused. Needless to say I had to replace the part on my own dime and have another shop install and detail the hood again at an additional cost outside the already high price I paid here. Also there was absolutely no paperwork for me to sign which seemed pretty odd, and my appointment was written on a sticky note on their wall and that was it. Overall, extremely expensive, not at all thorough detailing, and poor all around service so I can't recommend anyone else go here. read more

I make most of my decisions of who to work with based on how many stars they receive and they have definitely earned their 5 stars! I also like to go back to the same business if they did good work the first time. So I was going to drive 45 minutes to the window tint shop I went to for my last car but thought I would look around to see if there was somewhere closer. I found Final Finish and gave them a call. I really liked how they have you drop your car off after work and pick it up before work so there was no waiting around and very little down time. And they just so happened to be able to fit me in the same day. The tint was perfectly installed from edge to edge of the window and was nicely cleaned. Customer service is everything these days and I would consider Final Finish to be the Nordstrom of window tinting! read more

My only regret is I didn't find this service earlier! I had spilled paint in the back seat of over two years ago and had given up on my car's appearance. I met with the owner, Odicar, in advance to see his work and to get a feel for his knowledge of my car, a Passat wagon. I have a black Passat wagon with typical road rash and the occasional scratch, but basically a very well taken care of car. I do my own detailing so I think that I am a good judge of another man's work. I also use nothing but GRIOT's products, so I spend a lot of money on a top notch product, and get a top notch result. Odicar filled in minor chips, scratches and minute door nicks with a black colored compound which hid the white from previous waxes and primer that was exposed. I have not had this quality of work on my car. I have had another very good detail shop do an excellent job, but Odicar's expertise is the finest finish my car has ever had. I use quality products on my car, and Odicar's product really shows in the depth of the paint and shine. He buffed out all the swirl marks and fine scratches that come from daily use, and the final finish is a smooth and deep. I realized that I can spend an entire weekend using the random orbital buffer and quality products that I use, all GRIOT, but Odicar's years of experience show in the quality of his work, and the quality of his product, have shown me that I will have Odicar maintain the finish on my black 2002 Passat wagon. I usually never write reviews, but Odicar did such a fantastic job detailing that I had to share the word!! I brought my partner's Ford Edge in for full interior and exterior detail (as a surprise gift - I know, girlfriend of the year).. I dropped it off in the morning and picked up in evening. When I arrived to pick it up it looked like a brand new car!! Almost unrecognizable! Everything was spotless and sparkling clean, which is a feat given that we have 2 hairy dogs who always ride in that car. All the dog hair was completely gone! They even buffed out some minor scratches on the outside of the car - they did an incredible job. I've had cars detailed by other companies in Seattle but NONE have come anywhere close to this level of detail/cleanliness/friendliness. We took our Audi Q5 to Final Finish after scratching our rear door and fender against a pillar in June 2017. I recently took my 2004 4runner to final finish. This was the first time I had taken a vehicle of mine to be detailed and could not have had a better experience. The product they delivered was amazing. The interior was immaculately clean and felt like I was in a new car. They cleaned every crevice of the inside and did an amazing job. I have never seen the outside of my car so clean and revitalized, Odi even spent time touching up multiple spots on my car with paint. Horrible customer service and they yelled at me for their mistake! Olson did tinting on my windows, there were some bubbles so I gave them a chance to fix their mistake. He then started yelling and saying that it doesn't look too bad, which goes to show how much pride he takes in his work. As he was yelling at me I started to notice that he exhibited signs of of meth usage, not the kind of person I would want working on my car. read more

I really wish I could say nice things like the other reviews. Maybe they would have done a great job tinting my car IF I could ever reach them and get an appointment set up that they didn't cancel! I bought a Tippr deal to get my car tinted with them that had 1 year duration for the promotional rate. I've been trying for a year (no joke) to set up a time to bring my car in. I've called numerous times and no one ever picks up, so I have to leave messages (very polite ones asking to set up appointment). I also tried e-mailing and never got replies. The first time the guy (owner?) finally called me back he confirmed that they're open on Saturdays and have a shuttle service with pick-up and drop-off (as it states clearly on their website). I work during the week, so I was finally able to set up a time on a Saturday, but then he said he couldn't do rides. So I look for my own ride, but only then to find out that his tinting "guy" can't do Saturdays, so I'd have to come in on a weekday or leave my car overnight on a Friday. Because of my work and ride situation, I wasn't able to do the weekdays at that time BUT I made it clear that after August 17th, I had time off work and complete flexibility to do weekday appointment. I don't hear back (what a surprise)... so I call again to emphasize that I can do any week day any time. It's August 21st and my deal expires the next day. I call one last time and was really hoping I would hear back, but should have known better. If his tactic was not to get business, then it sure worked! Just wish I hadn't wasted so much time on this and gone somewhere else to get my car tinted.Thankfully Tippr offered a refund and an apology (not their fault but still appreciated). read more

Bought a half price deal for Final Finish. I am always skeptical about these deals and if the business will give you the same level of service when you bring a voucher in. Final Finish did a great job on my SUV. They didn't charge me extra for a larger car like most other places. My car was very clean inside and out and they finished it in record time as I was on a tight schedule that day. The only thing they missed was wiping down the chrome around my windows and the luggage rack on top of the car, but minor compared to the overall service and quality. Wow! This company is where it's at. I drove a 2015 WHITE Jeep Cherokee cross country from Chicago to Seattle with my dad and my 120 lb. Swiss Mountain Dog. Needless to say there was a lot of dog hair on the interior and a lot of big bugs on the exterior. I asked for a deep clean on the inside and outside of my vehicle, and not only did they deliver, but the car looked better than the day my husband and I bought it! Additionally, I had a large cargo attached to the top of my jeep that I did not remove before service. Even though we chose not to remove the cargo everything turned out fantastic! Lastly, the customer service was amazing. They were very professional, yet extremely personable at the same time. The job these folks did went above and beyond our expectations. Final Finish did an amazing job of detailing my 2002 Camry. My 10 year old, 100K miles car looks brand new! In addition to the usual grit, cat hair, french frys, etc, I had also spilled a large cup of coffee with cream all over the inside of the car.
