I'd been rear-ended, and Tony (knowing the amount the insurance had already given me) came in under the insurance amount thereby putting extra cash in my pocket. This time the damage was my own fool fault. Tony had given me a verbal estimate but then I waited more than a year on the small repair. When I brought it back in his new estimate was much higher, but then he circled back to me and said he'd honor his previous word for the lower price. I got into an accident about a month ago. It was my first accident in 10 years. I was so worried because I felt that it was really hard to find a auto shop that is honest.. I didn't know where to go so I decided to go to a shop that was recommended by my insurance company.. It took a week to just get an appt for an appraisal. After I got my appraisal, the auto shop couldn't take my car until 3 weeks later and will need AT LEAST another 9 days to fix my car. I was frustrated and I decided to take my car to SkyWay Autobody.. BEST DECISION EVER!!! As busy as they were, they were able to squeeze my car in. I explained to the owner about my situation and asked a bunch of questions. The owner was super nice and knowledgeable. He explained to me about the whole process and was able to answer all my questions and more. I didn't know how this whole insurance thing work but I didn't need to. I just gave him my insurance info and my claim info. He took care of EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do was drop off my car and the rest was taken care of. This shop also offers car rental which I ended up renting one of the cars. YESsss he can bill your insurance for your car rental!!! He also does detailing!!!! WHAT MORE CAN ONE ASK FOR.. ONE STOP FOR EVERYTHING!!! I got my car back a few weeks later (yes my car needed a lot of work done). I will be honest, during those weeks I was quite nervous while waiting for my car to get fixed. Was recommended by a buddy of mine. Did a great job repairing my car when a huge branch bounced off my roof during a windstorm. Instead of bondo work and body filler, he replaced the whole entire roof skin with a new one. No shortcuts. You wouldn't be able to tell it was replaced. To say that this place is great is an understatement! I had a nasty scratch on my BMW and I took it to get an estimate at MANY other places and they all said it would be AT LEAST 2000.
