Nothing but good things to say about this towing company…read more Long story short, we were screwed over by LQK Pick-a-Part pickup service and needed someone to tow our car to their salvage yard immediately (we live in LA and had spent the day there waiting for them and they royally messed up our appointment.) We called L&L last minute at around 4:45 and needed to be there before the place closed at 5:30. This tow company responded immediately. The woman on the phone was incredibly pleasant, which made all the difference, and a truck got to us within 15 minutes. It took the guy about 5 minutes to get our non-running car loaded on his truck, and he managed to get to LQK a few minutes before 5:30. They were also very clear about the price before they arrived, which was lower than I expected. Though LQK still screwed us once we arrived, I'm giving serious props to L&L for making it on time and being very nice and professional. They really did their best to save the day and I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast towing!
