The lady in charge will get details on what you want done and then they take the car over. It takes about 15-20 min per car based on what you are getting. I always get the exterior wash and the leather treatment, which makes the car smell really good..if not new. Prices are extremely reasonable, $15 for a car wash and $12 for the leather treatment. It is a treat for the car and you drive away feeling good too. Not to be missed if you are in the area.

After these shade tree mechanics did their inspection, the said that it was 100% a transmission failure. And that to replace would be $4500 in parts and labor. Of course we had our suspicions, so we had it towed from there to our local mechanic in Rockland County. Turns out it was just the alternator after all. $550 for a new alternator with labor included. These guys are either the most stupid, incompetent mechanics on earth or shameless crooks who take advantage of people they think don't know any better. So either way I hope I can pay them back with a warning to you all. To mechanics have a obligation to be fair, honest and ethical. I truly hope I hurt their business. What the did was despicable. He was nice enough to let me leave it and he got to it within a couple of hours. He showed me that the back brake pads needed to be replaced instead of just telling me. Leo quoted $1,600 ($600 more than all the competitors) and we agreed. Right before we went to pick up the car he texted my brother that they scratched up the inside of his hood. Following my many year relationship with this shop and all the customers I recommended as well, I tried to work out a lower price that works for both of us with Leo. Leo immediately threw his hands up and said "I'm now lowering shit my price is my price I put mad time into this." Not only did he create a new $600-$800 problem on top of the $1,600 but he didn't have the decency to speak to me like a gentlemen, just threw his hands up and walked away. Ironically enough, I called around and found out that this has been the theme with Leo lately, overcharging and never taking accountability. If this was 2-3 years ago, I'd recommend him all day. Today we are forced to take our business elsewhere. You should too.

I will start off by saying that Drew is a gentlemen with a complete understanding of what needed to be done. No fast talking tactics to get me spending more than I had to while staying focused on the overall objective. Drew took the time to explain the process of what had to be done and the expected time frame which was right on the mark. Completion time was 2 1/2 weeks. Now the work that was done. Front bumper covers(2 piece), front engine hood, rear tailgate, rear bumper covers(2 piece) and last but not least left and right side rockers. Most of the work was just paint and minor repair work but when it came to rebuilding the rusted out rocker bottoms, that is where the craftsmanship came out. Just above the running boards I had my rocker panels/sections completely rusted through. Only a complete cut out and removal was the solution. This repair in my opinion was way better than what the factory had originally created. The use of new metal, perfect welding, rust proofing and installation of a rock chip membrane was a repair that will outlast the remaining life of the vehicle. As an added bonus Drew painted the rusted metal rear bumper that is hidden under the rear bumper cover to prevent further corrosion and the rear lift glass hinges. A nice gesture for no extra charge. Total appreciated that! Additional remarks, front and rear bumper covers were completely removed from vehicle to prep and paint the correct way and ensure a perfect paint job with exceptional results and eliminate any possible over spray onto vehicle. To top it all off I provide refurbished rims, lug nuts and new tires to finish the vehicle. Vehicle has a new lease on life and looks amazing!
