So fun fact about me, I have an irrational fear of car washes. To the point that I will go months without going, knowing full well the car needs to be washed desperately. And I will always find an excuse not to go. Sigh. Okay so I got very comfortable going to the basic "gas station car wash" but the other cars I had always looked very dingey and with paint swirls after. So being that I have a new vehicle I decided to try hand wash in the hopes that would help keep the paint on the automobile fresh. An internet troll? I gave my honest experience with this car wash. It was a terrible experience. The hard water stained the car. It had to be re done by another establishment. The owner attacks any person who gives an honest review and/or has a competing business. Some people can handle criticism and try to do better for themselves and their business. Unfortunately others have a grandiose sense of importance. Why not work on making future customers happy? Get your reviews up higher? Obviously you "care" because you always try to get the last attack in on people. Focus on not letting your business crash and burn. New Owner=new prices. I've been using this place for the last 5 years or so. It was always reasonable in pricing and, they did an outstanding job. Went last weekend and had the usual level #1 wash (interior and exterior). I didn't even look at the new prices. They charged me $35.00 (!) and you now have to pay extra for Armor All on the tires-which was always included in the same service? A fraction of the number of employees that used to be there, you now get less for more money? I'll take my car the 1/4 of a mile down the road from now on read more

They do pay attention to details. Use clean towels and make sure that your car is completely dry. That's important to me as I have a black color car and you can see everything if it's not dried correctly. The only issue is that sometimes the line is long. But I guess it's part of the deal when you are good. read more

Owner is rude. Had been a regular customer spending hundred a year on wash packages as I have several vehicles and it's convenient as my office is around the corner. Had one last coupon left and have not been in my office regularly due to pandemic and went to get my vehicle washed today as I was in the area. Was told it expired, but then girl behind the counter said wrong expiration was written on ticket and it should've only expired a week ago but she would check with owner. I went there today, and people were outside working. I am getting my car ready to wash (closing the sunroof, removing rubbish, Etc), and I pull up further to the worker, and I see the gate closed. I asked the worker if they were closed, and he smiled and said yes. There is no signage to say the place is closed. The workers are still detailing cars. This is a decent brushless car wash, but their detail service is not good at all. I do not recommend, especially if you are looking to detail a black or dark colored vehicle. The paint looked in worse shape, with very visable swirling. Possibly due to inferior detailing equipment or lack of detailing knowledge. read more

Very good car wash. Quick and to the point. The guys vacuuming are great! The really take the time to clean the seats and small areas. I'd love to give more stars, but the wipe down isn't the best. I wish they would use different towels to clean the windows. Overall a solid wash. read more

I purchased a package and didn't realized tickets had an expiration date, and was not explained it will have an expiration date at time of purchased. When I was at the shop was told owner was not present and was not available either for a phone conversation. I left my phone number with an employee and was told the owner will contact me, which he did. This man shockingly yell threats and profanities at me and told me I can shove those 7 tickets up my ass and that I was not allow on his business property ever again. This is the customer service I received for buying one of his most expensive car wash packages. read more

This is the only car wash I will go to! I used to live in the Oceanside area but now live in Westchester and have yet to find a car wash that even comes close to Miracle's service. Whenever I am on Long Island, I budget extra time to bring my baby, um- my car, in for some pampering. The staff is quick and efficient, and the service is unbeatable. They clean everything! A reasonably-priced basic wash includes vacuuming, windows cleaned inside and out, dash and console are wiped down, and door & truck sills are dried. For another couple of bucks, you can have the trunk vaccumed or the tires shined...there is a menu of a la carte services to choose from. They even take the extra second or 2 to hook the floor mats, rather than just tossing them back on the floor...a pet peeve of mine that other car washes do. On my last visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see they use an air gun to dry the hard to reach places like behind the side view mirrors...ingenious! No more drops when you drive away:-) The owner is a nice guy and very meticulous about the care each car receives. He carefully checks over each and every vehicle before it leaves the lot. He obviously loves what he does and cares about the service his customers receive...and it shows. Plan to be here for at least 15 minutes if it's not crowded, longer if there is a line. It's worth it. You will not be disappointed, and your car will look new inside and out :-) read more

Was my favorite hand car wash until yesterday. I took my Lexus in for a VIP wash and immediately noticed wasn'tright. My mats were thrown onto my back seat. The hand washers barely touched the roof of my car. When my vehicle was brought to holding area for interior cleaning. The leather was treated not with leather conditioner but a substance that resembled armor all. Which caused all surfaces ri become slick and oily. Dirt remained on interior and exterior add I arrived home and did a top to bottom inspection. I wad forced to re wash my vehicle again by hand, and wipe off as much of the of the so called leather conditioner off. Prior to this experience I gave miracle hand car wash high marks and have recommended them to my friends. One thing I will say though this is the first time I have gone to miracle car wash mid week. Owner not on property at the I had my vehicle serviced. I guess when the cats sway the mice will play. Won't happen again. read more

Loyal customer since the business opened. As of late there is no concern for details. It is just going through the motions. There used to be a gentleman that inspected every car when it left the wash. He was absolutely the most respectful man and I think truly cared about his product. I just got my car washed and had to redo the windows and wash the passenger side because the person who is supposed to hose down that side was doing someones mats and by the time he was ready to spray that side, the car was getting spray on wax. I use to really like this car wash but the last time I went they knocked my wheel cover off, and didn't even tell me. Somebody on the street had to tell me because I didn't even notice it! I went to miracle hand wash for the first time and how they cleaned and detailed my car so pristine was amazing, from top to bottom. The cashier was friendly and super accommodating. The hand washers were absolutely, 100 percent focused to provide the best service ever. The owner was very hands-on as well, He checked my car after everything was all said and done, himself just to make sure I was happy with my visit. Overall the only place around that I'd trust to wash my car, since it is a hand wash place. They usually do a pretty decent job and if you happen to notice a spot that they missed, they'll take care of it before you leave. One thing I don't care for about this place is that last summer they advertised bikini Wednesdays where girls washed cars in bikinis and I thought that was pretty tasteless (and could be distracting to traffic on the busy road that its on!! Background: I am a amateur detailer so I know how to clean and detail cars. Also, my car is relatively new and in pretty mint condition as it is, so it isn't that difficult to clean it. Pros: Best car wash in the area. The employees are very thorough each time and efficient. Car comes out clean nearly every time. Uses soft wash mitts to avoid scratching. Seems workers have dedicated roles which reduces cross contamination and scratching. Cons: A bit pricey. They seem to neglect to clean the chrome exhaust tips every time. Left window cracked open one time and water and soap came in. Loud rock music blaring inside and outside - tone it down. Hot wax option, which costs extra, doesn't really have any dwell time and is basically squirt on - I'm not quite sure how much it's really doing for the paint - if anything. Overall: This car wash is worth the time and money. I would suggest areas for improvement mentioned above. read more

I am not a big fan of machine car washes so it is nice that this is a hand only shop. They do a decent job for the money, but my only complaint would be that they never do a complete job of vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car. I would say that this place is average at best. read more

I usually pass about 3 car washes to come to this spot. They are usually very good. Always see luxury cars here too, so that tells me something. My only observation, maybe it's just me, the service is good, but, it seems as though the service is even better when the owner is out there supervising/helping the other cleaners to get spots that they missed etc. the owner pays closer attention to detail and I like that about him. He's the skinny guy with the longish white hair. I've spoken to him before and he's a nice guy and I've given him positive feedback directly on more than one occasion. My only suggestion is for the owner. Please speak to the staff and make sure that they are doing as good a job as when you are there with them. I rated the place a 5 star because they normally are good, I've only been there when the owner is there. This last time the owner wasn't there and I noticed details that I know would have been caught and cleaned had he been there. This last experience was about a 4 star, but I won't hold it against them for the one time. Just please talk to the staff, the details are why I pass 3 car washes to come to this place.
