A wonderful service. I recently experienced a loss of a beloved pet. My family sent flowers via Finally Flowers, not only are the flowers beautiful but the delivery was exceptional...I wasn't home at the time but got a text message saying that they left the delivery at my back door, out of direct sunlight. I tried to get a bouquet of flowers before all the COVID-19 mess became serious. The second I opened the door (barely opened) the lady yelled directly at me, "WE'RE CLOSED! GET OUT". However...the sign was on and said "open" so I'm not sure how that made any sense? It was the short lady with dark brunette/red hair who was extremely rude. She also exclaimed, "READ THE SIGN ON THE DOOR!" And the door only consisted of the hours of operation. I went there at about 230pm on a weekday and the hours of operation stated it closes at 530pm. In addition, she had 2 little dogs who were not on a leash and were just about to attack me the moment I cracked opened the door. I felt like her attitude towards me was extremely unnecessary and the way she acted must have been influenced by the fact that I am Asian. Mind you, this is just before COVID became serious. I got back in my car and watched shortly as two other folks (who were not Asian) walked in and got flowers. On top of that, I recalled her interaction with the other customers were totally different than mine. I had ordered two funeral arrangements through the Flower network from a florist in NH. One was to be a spray and the other a large vase arrangement. The NH florist took detailed information on size and color, leaving the type of flowers to the digression of the florist. So embarrassed with what showed up at the services. A bouquet from a supermarket had more flowers in it! Mostly carnations, a couple of roses and very VERY small - EXTREMELY disappointed!! The Flower network worked with me to refund a portion and the original flower shop that I ordered through also offered to make this right. Finally Flower declined any wrong doing, refused any type of refund and were very rude on the phone. I am all about supporting small businesses - but based on my experience and the other reviews - I think this one should shut its doors. read more

Sympathy Flowers through FTD was a big basket of lavender flowers for $124 and upon arrival to funeral home truly shocked to see the basket was a smaller than the $100 white flowers my in-laws purchased. Flowers had brown spots. Not recommended. Next time instead of using FTD contact the flower shop directly. read more

I placed a birthday order online for my niece. The arrangement I wanted was a beautiful, bright colored fun arrangement. What she received was, well 'pretty' I suppose, but not nearly what I thought she was going to receive. This is not the first time I've had issues with them. We previously spent a lot of money on an arrangement for a coworker and when it got delivered to the office we were embarassed. It was a tiny dish garden (was supposed to be a large one) and we were charged almost $80.00. Again, that was ordered through a different site and they used this florist to fulfull the order. After we complained, a new larger, more beautiful dish garden arrived the next day. Too late. Unfortunately, when I ordered online this time, I didn't realize they were going to use this florist or I would've asked for someone else to prepare the order. It just didn't dawn on me that could happen again. Unless you are going into the store yourself to actually see what you are purchasing, I would suggest you go elsewhere. If you use them for a delivery order, be prepared for the order to possibly not be what you thought it would be. read more

I received a basket after surgery, I'm so unimpressed.. and that's not easy to do. First of all i couldn't even find who it was from, I figured that out on my own.. It contained; 4 apples and oranges many of those were very bruised, strawberry preserves, vegetable crackers, those chocolate Goya cracker things, bag of Russell Stovers chocolate, peanut butter filled crackers, and almond cookies. I have seen all but 1 of these things in dollar tree. Even the presentation was bad. Cheap, falling apart basket, half thought ribbon not even tied on nice, the balloon ribbon was long and not curled. It just looked a mess. I won't even go in to how long it took to come. I don't know how much my thoughtful brother and sister in law paid, but looking at the prices online it wasn't cheap! Shame! read more

My next 2 visits were more dissappointing. My request was met but each of the 2 bouquettes were skimpy and didn't look nearly as healthy as the first. My husband sent me a dozen roses for my birthday at the cost of $115. The roses looked like I bought them at the supermarket and threw them, no arranged, in a dollar store vase. Not one piece of baby's breath, no bow, nothing... very sparse. They look NOTHING like the arrangement on line. When I called them, I first asked what ordering roses came with and the woman told me how nice they would be. Then, I told her that I actually received some from them and how bad they were. She pulled up my order and said that the reason it included nothing is because they were only ordered with greenery and wrapped roses. When I told her that was funny, because they didn't come wrapped, they came in a vase, all she said was "oh well sorry". I then told her that I wish my husband would've looked at their reviews, because they are all horrible. To which she said again "sorry". I got this florist by going through 1800 Flowers. I scheduled the delivery for May. These clowns delivered the flowers 3 weeks early ! (Basically the next day after my order was placed) What the heck? You have 1 job, deliver when directed/scheduled. FAIL. The delivery date was clearly May and not April, I guess they do not read and just shove flowers into a box and out the door like UPS. Then, they wanted to take the flowers back. I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a family member's funeral through Finally Flowers and they managed to make a heartbroken situation even worse! Finally Flowers delivered the arrangement to SOMEONE ELSE'S Funeral!! It didn't stop there, they REFUSED to refund me the full cost. They offered a discount on my next purchase (yea, like I'm ever going to use them again), offered to send another arrangement to the family home or offered only a 50% refund even though they admitted they screwed up! I used finally flowers for my wedding. It was a horrible experience. When my flowers got delivered to my venue they were not the flowers I ordered. I ordered roses for my cake table and card table. They flowers that got delivered looked like wild flowers someone picked off the side of the road. I Had 5 bouquets and some of the roses were dead including mine. They also had green leafs in them and I told them when I placed the order that I hate green and did not want any green in my flowers. I reached out to the owner who totally blew me off and refused to give me my money back for delivering the wrong flowers. I do not recommend this place a all. I have used Finally Flowers twice for roses for my gf. I ordered directly, not through 1-800 flowers or FTD. The service was rapid, delivered to a Chelmsford business within 2 hours and the roses were exceptional. The first dozen lasted 2 weeks, 6 days in on the 2nd dozen and looking great. If I can give this business zero stars, I would! I ordered flowers through 1-800-FLOWERS to celebrate a friend's wedding. The flowers were to be delivered the wednesday before the Saturday wedding. I got a message on wednesday saying they "attempted delivery and will keep trying". By Thursday evening, I called my friend. She said she was home ALL day wednesday and Thursday, that the florist's claim of attempted repeated delivery was absolutely false. I called 1-800-FLOWERS on Friday morning. They agreed to upgrade my order and same day delivery for my order. Within the hour, I received a photo of the flowers from my friend. Not only was it not an upgrade, the arrangement looked like a paltry few random stems haphazardly thrown into a vase, not even remotely resembling the lush large $100 bouquet that was supposed to arrive. I apologized to my friend who was equally appalled and I called 1-800-FLOWERS. They agreed to send out a replacement order right away. Well, friday, then the Saturday wedding came and went. Nothing! 1-800-FLOWERS when I called on Monday, said for me to talk to Finally Flowers directly to settle the problem. When I did, first they told me the replacement bouquet was delivered on Friday evening. I challenged with the contrary and asked for a refund. They initially offered to send a replacement. Then a 60% towards future purchases. I stated I had no intention of doing business again with them. They finally "agreed" to a refund and was about to hang up on me. I asked them whether they can give me the credit card number they were going to apply my refund to. They lied again and claimed they did not have my credit card on file. Hello? How were they planning on refunding me?! When caught, they miraculously "found" my card on file. I asked for the name of person I was speaking with and a reference/authorization of the refund transaction. I was given neither. It's been 2 weeks and there is no refund posted on my card. I think 1-800-FLOWERS should be cautioned against partnering with such an unethical business. read more

The flowers were for a friend but I decided to have them delivered to my home to inspect them first, and then take them to my friend. I also upgraded the order for a more substantial arrangement. I was so disappointed when they arrived - I first called FF but the owner was out. I then called 1-800 as they guarantee the purchase. They called FF to redo the arrangement. I went the next day to pick them up - still unimpressed. No apologies from the staff - I would have been so embarrassed if this had gone directly to my friend. With tax and delivery, I paid nearly $100 - I would have done better at the local grocery store. I ordered 3 xmas Cactus' from Teleflora to be delivered on xmas eve. 1 to be sent to Littleton MA which was delivered by a local florist in Littleton (Webbers Florist on King Street) (also heard what a lovely plant is was!) The second was sent to Santa Cruz CA and was also delivered by a local Santa Cruz florist. I heard it was delivered ontime and just as lovely. The third was supposed to be delivered to me in Chelmsford by Finally Flowers located on Stevens Street in Lowell MA. I was told by Teleflora that Finally Flowers would deliver by 5 pm, xmas eve. They never arrived. On Friday, Dec 26th after calling numerous times and not getting an answer, I finally drove there and found the owner working. Even though their website said they were open, they chose not to answer the phone ALL Day!! I inquired about my order. They first checked one computer and couldn't find my order. They then checked their second computer and wala..there it was! Their excuse was that their computers don't talk to one another so my order was never processed. If this florist is not going to process orders from Teleflora, then they shouldn't accept the orders in the first place. I have since told Teleflora to have the florist in Littleton - (Webbers Florist) process my order since I hear their service is excellent and that their plants are lovely and want to make sure Finally Flowers does not receive a dime from my order. I have been a customer for years. Susan Gadbois, who initially opened this shop, set the bar very high, unfortunately for the people who now run it. I ordered a $40 dollar 'spring' bouquet for my sisters birthday. It contained 3 tulips a couple of gerber daisies and the rest was 'filler'. I could have gotten the same bouquet at Market Basket for less than half the price. Come to think of it, I think I will just recommend that people just go to MB. read more

I have used this shop for many years and have always received great customer service and beautiful arrangements. I have sent flowers to my mother out of state and they were always able to send them without an issue. I have figured out that you get much better arrangements when calling them direct as they don't have to pay 50% TO THE ORDER GATHERING WEBSITES LIKE TELEFLORA AND 1800FLOWERS. These companies are a rip-off and take away money from the shop. They don't even make arrangements or buy flowers. I've done some research and found out that they even keep the delivery charge even though they have nothing to do with delivering the flowers.
