She was very put out by me for asking questions because I was probably interrupting her drawing time. It was just a strange and awful experience. I walked out feeling gross like I was talked down upon and it bothered me for over an hour after leaving. I wish I had the experience the other people here giving a rating did.

However the lack of proper restocks and a stubborn unreliable owner lead to several problems. The owner will refuse to adjust prices even with information to help adjust them. The owner will refuse to restock products even after being told multiple times. The owner will also sometimes answer a call and tell you the customer that something is stocked without even knowing if it's there simply to try and get a sale, which just leads to you coming to the shop and thinking it's the workers fault. This store deserves better, it deserves better wages, better sourced product, better priced product and a chain of command as opposed to whatever messy situation it has currently. Go here for the workers, go somewhere else for better prices.

He stayed in and left only when I did. I decided to test it out, went back in, and was followed in again by the same employee. I was going to make a purchase until that point. I even asked if they followed all of their customers to which he replied "yes". To be clear, I was dressed in clean clothes, hair clean and neat, and presenting myself nicely. She left & I was in the Moscato section & found the Mama Mango so we snagged a bottle. I had ordered a bottle of Ube Creme Liqueur as my friend texted that it was available so I ordered online for store pickup since I was in the area. I looked at the yummy Sauternes, a lot of which were rated 91+ pts! We have about 3 bottles at home so I just took note. I looked at the other liqueurs like Pistachios, Passion Fruit and the other fruity Moscatos I'd like to try someday. They even had Kosher wines & we were reading some of the labels which had Biblical names & titled. I'm usually buying some Caliveda Pinot Noir which is one of their best sellers. I stock up during the holidays when they have bundle deals. They have such an organized store and even have a Cigar area. They hold tasting classes in the back & upcoming ones will be for wine. We missed the Tequila tasting so we'll check another location. They have great deals as rewards members so sign up!

But it was poor customer service for the rest of us in line, who have been to stores before and were courteous enough to arrive at the checkout counter with ALL the merchandise we intended to purchase already. About three minutes into a game I like to call "8,000 bottles of wine - 1 impressively inefficient cashier on duty", I decided it would be best if I try to frequent businesses who are financially solvent enough to staff two or more cashiers during peak hours. So I saved time at checkout by...driving elsewhere and purchasing my goods. I'm hoping, but not overly confident, that by the time you read this review the lager situation is resolved.
