Service was great. The play was fun. A bad part was, there was a drunk grandma sitting behind us that was yelling, hooping and hollering through most of the play. The staff should've cut her margaritas off earlier. The seats were terribly uncomfortable. Would we go again? Probably. It's affordable and we can opt to not eat there.

After spending a long time in traffic and arriving excited, we were told the venue was unavailable for several hours because of a private event. There was no notice online, no update ahead of time, and no effort to help families who had already made the trip. It was frustrating having to completely change plans at the last minute with kids who were looking forward to spending the day there. Better communication and updated information would make a huge difference and help avoid wasting customers' time and energy.

The mashed sweet potatoes are heavenly! The dessert was okay; store-bought raspberry cheesecake. The show was pretty good too. There were some missteps in some of the dance numbers (near drop, near fall into orchestra pit), and a couple of wardrobe malfunctions (ripped pants, ripped hemline), but otherwise the show was very enjoyable. Now the question is: are these servers who act, or actors who serve? Because they do both very well!

There was a skimpy portion of thin and fatty odds and ends of ham, some coagulated super garlicky mashed potatoes with no butter or gravy, and steamed green beans which were flavorless and completely unadorned. The seating was incredibly cramped, and I did not enjoy sharing a table with complete strangers. There was an air conditioning vent blowing directly down onto me, and the wall behind me was filthy with dust bunnies and lint. By the end of the show several people in my general vicinity started displaying signs of irritability due to the tight quarters. The show I saw was A Christmas Story, and while the classic movie translated to the stage better than I thought it would, I felt there were a few elements that should have been excluded - such as the racism in the Chinese restaurant scene, the sexism in just about every scene with women in it, the portrayal of smoking, and the overacting (even for a community theater production where part of the appeal is the campiness) that I honestly don't remember being present in previous shows I have been to. One last thing - if you are going to do a show that features a firearm (even an unloaded BB gun) for f*ck's sake please educate your actors on proper handling. The barrel of anything (even an unloaded BB gun) pointed in my direction is gut twistingly uncomfortable.

Went here on 12/11/24. First time here. We live in Denver so we were looking for 'museums'…read moreoutside the city. And we love going to Fort Collins for other stuff. They have a good size Kid Zone. Then they have the history of Fort Collins. Then, I believe, they have a rotating exhibit. At the time was all about Skin. On humans and animals. It was fascinating. Then the best part was the music area. So much interaction! It was great! Definitely recommend. Will definitely be here again.

There is so much to do and explore here! The music section is definitely a favorite as you get to test out so many instruments! Everything was well maintained (minus one or two exhibits that weren't functioning at the time). The toddler area is great for the little ones to be separate. Personally, I was absolutely stoked for the shadow wall - it's just a fun/silly thing to do. When we ventured upstairs we didn't realize there was a theater until a staff member asked if we were there to see the show. Since we had to get going, I asked if I could peak in real quick to check it out and he was totally fine with it. It looks so cool! We will definitely be back to catch a show in the future.

Was able to park in nearest ADA parking ahead of the opening doors. There were a few other options nearby once the closest filled. We entered the theater with my wheelchair after the VIP ticket holders * The balcony seats at the bow of the U were really nice view/site lines, and I could park my wheelchair and transfer to movie theater type folding row seats * Elevator is very slow, and need to take a trip to level 1 for the merch table * There is an accessible restroom to the right of the 2 larger restrooms In all, this was a much more accessible venue than others I've been to recently. It really made the show so much more enjoyable. Thank you to the box office manager and the staff that helped us around the venue!

The acoustics were good and the venue has two bar stations one on the upper deck and another on the lower. The foyer provides ample room for band merch.
