There were no patients there when I arrived and they left me sitting in a patient room with nausea fighting back vomiting for over an hour after they took my swabs for COVID and flu testing. I only heard one other patient while I was there. They got really hurried to help me get out of there when I finally had to leave the exam room to find the toilet to take a puke. I left several over the course of several days, it took them over a week to get back with me, darn good thing it wasn't an emergency. They go out of their way to get you in as a patient, but once you're there, the helpfulness stops cold. My advice, steer clear of this office and find another dentist.

But for some reason they sent it anyway so I went I'll this place a try. 2.5 hour ride I get there I walk in and it's not luxury at all it's dirty as hell in my opinion, they take all my belongings I go do my assessment with a gentleman and while we are going over the paperwork he's answering his phone accepting a job offer with another company (unprofessional in my opinion) then chooses to answer another phone call about worker's compensation. I take my piss test and I only marijuana in my system and the nurse says I won't be qualified for detox I'm like okay. I barely get a tour of this place and they didn't even have a room ready for me and when they did they put me in a room with a gentleman who has really bad snoring (NO SLEEP ALL NIGHT)When I got a chance to read the rules your not aloud to have your phone at all except on certain days, which is fine because that's the rule they have but for me in my situation I can not agree to that and if had known would of even went there at all. So I decided to leave and go home because Legends isn't a place for me and my treatment and needs. And you're not supposed to out of your room from 11pm-7am. But anyway the woman didn't know much about the place so had to still be in a training mode. Krystal at the from desk who works in the morning was the the ONLY bright spot out of that entire the owner Beth I didn't get a friendly vibe from nor her other staff member who I can't remember which I'm glad I don't. So when I decided to leave they said I had to find my own ride home they which I think is BS because if you got me their you can get me home but they kicked me out because I got my own ride which is fine but it sucks because that area is small and no Ubers are even close. Luckily I got a ride home from a guy who was fed up with the BS that was going on in that place I guess along with 5-6 other guys. If you're looking for PHP to transition into sober living home this isn't the place for you. I can't say anything other than what I experienced I just know that treatment center wasn't for me. Make sure you do your research and take it seriously if your gonna go into treatments they make like $4500 a person per day or something like that I feel like it should be exceptional care. I'll never go back nor recommend that to anyone I come across. I'm at a better place now and getting the proper treatment I need.

I was put on a brief hold and when the receptionist came back, she said Dr. Davis said we could come in right then so she wouldn't be in pain over night. Wow! I have worked in multiple offices all over the country and let me tell you, not many providers would do this! When we arrived the front office staff greeted us warmly and the playhouse in the waiting room was an instant hit with my daughter. The wait was minimal; 10 minutes at most. Once in the exam room, the dental hygienists & Dr. Davis were GREAT with my daughter who did not want to open her mouth. They demonstrated patience with her, which I was extremely grateful for. My daughter's tooth ended up not being impacted. I was relieved but oh my, did I feel silly! The staff were extremely kind and said there was no reason to be embarrassed.
