I was about to give up on writing review, but my father was taking me to the doctor's office for my annul flu shot. So I walked in and they had the most amazing pumpkin contest I have seen in a long time. I got seated and within minutes I get brought to a room to get my flu shot. I was nervous because the flu shots usually hurt, but this time was different I almost couldn't feel the needle in me. Or however flu shots work. Then after I was thirsty for water, so I asked where I can find some water. They said I'll be right back. Seconds later I get brought out bottle water. Best water I've had. So in all the staff cared about their patients, efficient, and organized. Highly recommend. read more

I lost my 18 year old cat last week and I have been suffering from crippling grief. I am having trouble getting food and fluids in my system without feeling sick. I called my doctor to see if I could get some medicine to help me for a bit. They have been handling all of my mental health meds. The desk lady said she would tell my doctor then call me back. They told me they forgot about me when I called them back four hours later and she was going to send in a script for me, they never did. This happened on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. I tried calling the emergency number to see if they could get me a script sent in. They told me they couldn't without an appointment and the can't schedule an appointment. I asked if they could help me at all and was responded to like this: "Mame this is the emergency number and I can't make appointments or give prescriptions, this number is for emergencies only". I was crying in a heap on the floor during this conversation and I had barely eat or drink anything in days. I am still struggling but I have had a lot of help from friends and family who had to call off to stay with me. I will never trust this practice ever again and I will never assume that people working in the medical field would have compassion. read more

First off everyone in that office should be made to listen to the AWFUL recorded phone message --it is horrible!!!! The overall office experience is just average ----not pleasant or welcoming. Doc are OK ----but it is evident this place has changed over the years. Feed back & follow up after phone inquiries is not the best. Had a call r/t medication on a Monday, no message returned. Wed evening (holiday week) received txt from pharmacy re: new script ---too late to fill & no explanation from Dr or office . read more

I'm a patient of dr Ware! He gave me a new look on life favorite doctor! plus a couple of the nurses are so nice! but manager of the place can tell she's making it hectic I tried to call my wife for an emergancy and I guess she had to tell me her phone got took away like a 4th grader and had to sign a contract. Dr Leslee is tarible nobody can stand him. Anita can't take advice to save her life. She let the heart and soul of the office leave and letting some lady name April run this place why my wife trained her she got paid 12 dollars an hour to train the boss dr Leslee Anita and April all play favorites wait time is over a hour and nobody sees it! I'm a patient I'm there more than Anita ever is I see everything on the outside of the office that they don't see my wife may have worked here but it's not favoritism the place is being ran down by April. Brittany and Marissa Are so great at there job! Keep up the good work! But down fall is my wife has been goin through some emotional depression anxiety and on meds trying to have a baby. Three people came to my wife's office and screamed at her and told her she was doing everything wrong when she has been running the shop her and Britney just fine brittney is gettin ripped off because she deserve the management job! Over all after they attacked my wife my wife walked out because she couldn't take the emotional abuse anymore! So they let my wife leave the office as a unstable patient yes you heard that they let my wife drive unstable and put her life at risk when her charts say otherwise they did not care did not check up on her because we are still patient the only reason holding us as a patient is doctor Ware he changed both of our life for The better and will be forever thankful for him. Something needs to be done and I hope somebody will get it done my wife loved her job and kept the office afloat and they never once thanked her. They use there worker. Dr. Todd Leslie is always smiling and giving us patients the proper time and attention needed. He is very friendly and accommodating to the needs of each patient. Dr.Leslie makes a doctor visit enjoyable and relaxing. Great doctor. read more

Poor management. Hires a boss that has NO idea how do other jobs. You have to put your cell phone in a basket when you get there but yet can't give out the private line phone number to family.. yeah makes sense. One of the doctors is a bully unless you're his favorite. Lowest paying healthcare place in Findlay. Promises raises but doesn't follow through. They like to act like they are listening to your concerns but they don't care. Dr Ware definitely deserves 5 stars. My husband requested med list and a simple diagnosis sheet and that took a week. Can't ever get through on the phone lines, usually waiting a good 20-30 minutes before someone answers. use to clean the office myself with a few other employees because they couldn't hire an actual cleaning crew. We weren't allowed to complain about the air being down during summer months (coming from the women who worked in air & dr who had air in his office) I could keep going.. hopefully this helps someone. read more
