This is a friendly little mall on the east side of Findlay. It is located in a thickly populated commercial area down Tiffin Road making it easily accessible, facilitating its inclusion into a day of shopping and errand-running. There are other large stores such as Kohl's, Lowe's, Meijer, etc. close by. So the Mall is not the center of all shopping activity in this area per se, but it holds its own in terms of worthwhile offerings. The mall itself is a little larger than one might think in viewing it from the outside. The mall apparently started life as an outdoor facility in 1962 and was enclosed in 1970. There is over 500,000 sq.ft. of space with more than 50 stores including Best Buy, Elder-Beerman, a small Books-a-Million and sundry other typical mall shops. The number of food options is limited but there are a couple of spots available like Tokyo Steak House and Five Guys. There are also places like Great American Cookie and a pretzel place if you want a snack. The number of vacancies is not as bad as some retail places I have seen of late. The spot that I believe Penney's occupied until a year ago is the most prominent empty shop. The mall's image would be greatly enhanced if they could fill that vacancy. But, overall, for what it is, this is a reasonably pleasant place that provides a fairly nice shopping experience. read more

Unfortuantely Findlay lacks a great mall. While JcPenneys and Elder Beerman are okay there is not a great selection for professional women/men. The mall also doesn't have a wide selection of casual clothing stores either, no Gap, JCrew or Old Navy. The mall does have a cool diner where you can catch a cup of coffee and chit chat with friends. Other than that I can't find any reason to visit the mall. What's great: The mall's movie theater does show new releases for $1. Everyone I know in Findlay takes roadtrips to Columbus' Easton and Polaris or Toledo for shopping. read more

The mall is great and the manager is really nice and they have great activity for kids there very clean yes not a lot of stores by the stores are nice to shop at at they might not have a Apple Store (it is Findlay right let's be realistic) and the stores are small but they still have more stores than the Tiffin Mall I my closing the Findlay Village Mall is 5 stars in my mind (p.s SHOP THERE You read this and you are probably at home On Yelp trying to get answers before you go but the reviews are a word to word opinion go to the mall and try it out):) have fun shopping at Findlay Village Mall read more

This place is awful! 1/2 stores are vacant, location is awful and there's nothing of value here except Best Buy and the other 3 anchor stores! This is a joke of a mall, and Findlay deserves better. read more

This mall is nothing to be excited about. A handful of stores gets me to go inside this mall (Victoria's Secret, Payless, TJ Maxx, sometimes Sears, many times Tokyo Steakhouse for their happy hour specials... and many other times the $1 theatre). For the bigger named stores that I listed above, they don't have a wide selection. And since it's such a small town (Findlay pop. 60,000), the trends trickle to them LATE. I would describe something that I found at a Columbus Victoria's Secret to one of their salespeople and they have no idea what I'm talking about. The mall is carpeted, so the dark carpet really depresses the inside. They are starting to become more vacant (meaning empty walls where stores used to be), so it's feeling more empty. They just recently closed a pet store in there. Their parking lot could be a lot bigger, many times it's tough finding a parking spot. Sure many people still go here, but that's because there is no other real shopping in Findlay. The next closest malls are in Toledo, Ohio (40 minutes away) or Columbus, Ohio (1.5 hours away). read more

Decided to come back here Monday since I was in Findlay for work and heard they had a books-a-million, my favorite bookstore. Big mistake, this was the smallest books-a-million I've ever been in, reminded me of a Waldensbooks that was popular in malls in the 80's. I had a question on my apple watch and was hoping there was an Apple Store there and of course there wasn't and the nearest Apple Store is in Toledo. Looks like no new stores have opened since last time except Books-A-Million and a few more have closed. This mall is as big of a joke as the city of Findlay. read more

Wow!! I came across these reviews and I'm shocked! Did you know that statistically for every 1 complaint there are at least 2 compliments? It's a fact. Did you also know that more people are willing to complain than give compliments?... again fact. I've been to the FVM and I will admit that it's not as full as some other malls and perhaps the traffic is a bit light.... but with all the negative comments floating around how could it ever get better....?? I actually like the fact that there's not shoulder to shoulder shopping and arguments over products.... save that for the holidays! I like the carpeting... it's better on my feet and it keeps the echoing to a minimum.... I'm not a fan of the screaming kid BEFORE it echos off the walls. They have a nice small kids play area and several stores for my teenager. My child doesn't live in the "90210" so the latest fashions are current for her class. If I wanted to keep up with the Jones' I'd have bought what I wanted while I was in Columbus or perhaps ordered it on-line. Apparently some of you have never worked in retail...NEWS FLASH sometimes 'corporate' doesn't send you what you want becuz their studies say differently about what sells in the area- blah! The dinner is cool has good food and friendly staff. The Mall has neat events like the Princess Party, the Fashion Show, the Car Show, and over the holiday I'd have to say they had the best Santa (even if the photos were expensive) There was a GAP.... they choose to leave...Findlay market wasn't buying local! Toys-r-Us left... again NO Sales! The Pet Store was closed due to animal 'health' issues. $Theater....not enough traffic to cover expenses !! Radio Shack left cuz 6 locations in one town was a bit much-lol If everyone complains about what we DO have in Findlay and stops shopping locally or only shop at the Big Box stores we are all going to look like a community of Twinkies! just bcuz one clerk didn't look awake enough at the end of their double shift (u didn't ask) or there wasn't enough people in the hallway I totally disagree with the reviewer that said a "topless fortune teller" would fit in at the mall... wow! that's just harsh! Don't blame "the mall" for what the stores stock or what sales they offer.... that is just pure ignorance! The "MALL" can't control any of that! I try to avoid the mall if possible. The dollar theater is gone, as are a lot of other stores. Stores come and go like crazy, and there are tons of stupid kiosks around hawking their wares. read more

Sadly this mall is slowly dying. Sears just moved out and there are many empty stores now. One of my favorite places to eat (charlies) closed down a while ago. read more
