Got our friendly reminder before the appointment. AJ came out and was a gem super helpful easy to understand when he was sharing the challenges with our fireplace. Emailed him back after my husband and I spoke and had a follow up question - no response as of yet and our appt was on 11/11/24. Then we started to get calls from the office following up on our appointment between 11/12 - 11/13/24. It would be helpful when vmails are left to be specific on the reason for one's call - to state the company name and phone number without context unfortunately isn't helpful. We played a lot of phone tag and I wasn't clear for the call it was simply to call Fireplace Pros. When we did finally connect the question was how our appointment was and did we have any questions?
