Always a great experience using Fine! I book using the app, once you pull up and scan your code they have a shuttle to lead you where to park for outdoor parking. They will come to your car to get your luggage and load it on the van, when you come back they will place it in your car. Always excellent service! And if you want to go into the service center they have a drink station with snacks and some accessories you may need for travel, even roses for your honey. I really enjoy parking here and the perks make up for parking offsite. I never have a long wait time whether arriving or departing. read more

I've used Fine Airport parking previously with little to no issue, especially the codes. I received a promo code email 12/10/25 stating I can book for 25% off now through January 7, 2026. When I tried booking 12/30-1/7, it gave me an error message. When I called the office and explained the email stated now THROUGH 1/7, Hailey stated "that's not how that works" and didn't bother explaining "'how it works.'"Typically, if a promo runs through a date, it means until end of the advertised day. First shuttle to the airport featured an air conditioner that seemed ready to launch into orbit with every bump. The ride back was in a newer shuttle--thankfully, all parts stayed in place. Other than that, great experience at Fine. Opted for the detail service, and they nailed it. I paid $500 for the Platinum detail. I chose this place because the package said it included a "fine paint correction process". And I had surface scratches all over my car. These are scratches that absolutely would be removed with a good buff and polish. I don't know what they did, but they did nothing to remove the scratches. They just put some product on the car to cover them up for a little while. It only took a few weeks for all those surface scratches to be visible again. The package also included a ceramic coating. Not sure what they did because a real ceramic coating should last for at least a year of not much more. Mine is obviously gone as I can see those surface scratches again. They also did a pretty bad job at even doing a general clean. I had globs of dirt left on the connectors for my side step bars as well as on my hitch. The job they did on my truck was not worth anywhere near $500. Update. I'll give them another star for customer service. They offered to redo the detail since I wasn't happy and even came and picked up my car. As far as the work goes. They are absolutely just false advertising. It's very apparent no one there knows what they are doing and what the services they claim to be doing should look like. Here's a list of exterior items the platinum package includes that they did not do well or at all. Rims & tires cleaned & dressed Wheel wells detailed & dressed Exterior windows detailed Clay bar paint decontamination Exterior trim detailed & dressed Fine paint correction process Ceramic coating applied to paint Ceramic coating applied to windshield They had the car for less than four hours. Have parked at Fine since before they had a parking structure and have been very pleased. Recently, it seems there has been an increase in the number of LARGE pickup trucks parking "inside" at Fine. Some of these vehicles are so large they make it almost impossible to get past. Just yesterday in exiting the structure on the second floor down ramp it was very difficult to maneuver a "normal" size vehicle past two trucks that almost completely blocked the lane. I am a flight attendant - so I have been to many a parking spot in my time traveling for work. Fine is always SO impressive. They have always had a shuttle ready and waiting, and the operation is really smooth. The price is also really reasonable and the lots are secure. Have always parked at Fine Airport Parking .....generally great service and friendly staff , especially the shuttle drivers. Last evening was a completely different experience. Away for a week on vacation and flagged down a shuttle, but he waved me to get out of the way and he drove well down the pickup area. So my group and others had to follow his shuttle down the way with our bags in tow. Once there, he had already picked up others and said he was full as we began to load. Waited on next shuttle with a nice young lady providing excellent service and was tipped accordingly. He apparently told supervisor-in-charge I was in his way. Supervisor took his side and could care less! Mayor P T (Bynum) and Friends have expanded the city's parking garage to over 500 spaces.....guess I'll see how my car fits into their less expensive parking spots. read more

I really don't know why you would park anywhere else. First of all, this is a local business with deep roots in the community. Secondly, it is all about customer service. We flew back into Tulsa at the beginning of a very busy holiday weekend. The arrival lanes were packed and shuttles were getting blocked in. As we boarded the shuttle, we could hear our driver (and all the drivers) communicating on the radio to make sure that all customers were picked up. Before we got to our car, we heard management making sure one disgruntled patron would get picked up even if they had to send another shuttle just for him. (Like I said, the arrival lanes were PACKED and the shuttle drivers were doing their best to get everyone picked up!) A tip if you don't know: For $9 a day you can park in covered parking across the street from the main establishment. It's not quite as seamless as parking and just jumping on the shuttle. You have to go inside the main (valet part) to pay then follow a van across the street to park in a metal building. Then, you just hop in the van with your luggage and are returned to the main terminal to wait for a shuttle with the rest of the valet crowd. We have gone this route for the past year or so and it's a great option for not leaving your car out in the Oklahoma elements. We have never had to wait for a van ride either. For a place to park your car near the airport this is the place to go! It's located near the airport and has easy access in and out. The flow is super easy for newbies to understand as well which is a plus. I like that there are options to park inside or out and they have valet service available. There is a shuttle that picks you up at your vehicle and drops you off at your terminal. Service from the terminal back to your car works the same. It is a tad pricey for the Tulsa market, but for the service you get, with a secured parking lot with plenty of security features, for me, it's worth a couple extra bucks a day for the peace of mind and the ease of getting back and forth. If you have ever parked at the not-so-fine airport parking and used a card to pay. You need to start checking, seems they are doing it randomly. We have parked at Fine for many years, however after my experience with one of the shuttle drivers a week ago, they have lost our business. I was picking up my husband on the evening of Sept. 1st and was by southwest arrival area. The driver of shuttle #4 came racing up behind me and honked several times. I looked back and there were cars on the very same area I was. Then I looked to the side to see if a group was getting picked up and NOT ONE person had come out the doors and needed a shuttle. So then all of a sudden the driver of the shuttle is knocking on my window. I was extremely irritated at this point. I had my dog in the car who had surgery the previous day and it's 9:45 at night. I told that gentleman I would never use fine parking again & that if it was a shuttle zone then every car around should be told to move. Why he picked on me, I have no idea. I left the area and drove back around several times to just wait by delta (my husband had to walk clear from the other end to get in the car all because of this rude employee who felt the need to police the area). Upon arriving home, I immediately called Fine Parking and asked for a manager. I was transferred to a voice message system and left a message of what happened and to please return my call. Well, 10 days later, I haven't received one phone call. They must really appreciate their customers, huh. We won't park here again! read more

This easily the best part about TUL. While the property is slightly off site this is the best parking option in the area. No matter what time you leave or take off the people working are helpful and eager. Prices are not unreasonable for parking inside and I love being able to grab a paper either before I leave or when I get back. First right after you get off highway, go down to multi level parking structure to enter. There is a confusing jumble of signage for indoor, outdoor and valet parking. There is an attendant, but she kept talking between me and the handheld radio which made me regret pulling in. I found he way to indoor parking, which was $13.75, I thought it was $10. I got turned around and felt like the old fool who tried to back up at a turnpike gate. I got back to the entrance and the attendant said a shuttle would lead me to a parking place. It did, the driver loaded my bag, told me how to get back there when I came back, entertained me on the short, solo drive to the airport and put my bag on the curb. I don't know why I keep going back to this place. Every time I get back from traveling and have to get my car from Fine, they get me so worked up. The past 2 of 3 Times the gate doesn't open so I have to get out of my truck and go inside and deal with their mechanical issues. I don't fly very often and rarely leave my car when I'm flying. However, we decided to use Fine Airport Parking when we went on our honeymoon. The experience was great and I will definitely go back. Even though we were there super early, a bus was at our car quickly after we parked. The driver was courteous and helpful both on the way to the airport and when we arrived back in Tulsa. Fine Airport Parking just detailed by 1997 Mercedes, HOLY COW! Shut the Front Door! ALL THAT! I only thought I loved this car, now it's so beautiful I cried. I don't want to drive it, just stand and admire this work of art. It's unbelievable how beautiful they made it look. I feel like a school girl on my first date, I'm so giddy. The Mercedes was showing its age and obvious lack of attention by my mother, who decided to give it to me and buy herself a new one. However, after seeing her car sparkle she now refuses to sign it over. My mother told me to thank Fine Airport for delivering a show room new car that's paid for! This she says is the Mercedes of her dreams all over again. Although I am now stuck with my Explorer, I have to admit I don't blame her. NO detailer has ever made any vehicle I have owned so pretty and slick. I think maybe I too will save my money and just get a superior detail not a new car.
