First and foremost this was my first time having my car professionally detailed and given ceramic coating and I was nervous I needed to be somewhere and drop my car off. GOOD NEWS Matt worked with me! He let me drop my vehicle off with him and he even got me an Uber to my destination. I wouldn't know how Matthew's work is because he flaked on me three times. He hardly has any availabilities I worked around his schedule and had to wait days for him to give me a time and when he finally gave me an appointment he didn't show up. I work full time so I needed to keep an open window for a few hours to be available and not to use my car. When he finally gave me a time, the morning of he said he got sick and was vomiting. He said he would come back in a week because he had no time. The next time he gave me he said he needs to come back because he needs more time and didnt have enough time to work on the car. So we made time for this morning at 9am I asked him to knock on my door when he gets here. I don't hear from him all day until 12:30pm where he sends me messages asking me where am I. He said he was here but didn't see me so left. He was lying he was never here. We have security cameras all over and over by my car he never came. It's insulting that he lied to my face and took up so many of my days only not to show up. He was hired by the Porsche dealership and he told me to tell them everything is fine because he is scared of them. I confirmed all the appointments with him the day before and days before several times because my schedule is so tight. Mathew- everything is NOT fine. You disrespected me and my time. It's truly insulting when someone lies to your face and doesn't care about your time. I don't recommend. I was so nice and Understanding of him and his schedule I even gave him two drinks because it was a hot day when he showed up to my house only to leave (this was the second mishap) because he needed more time to detail and he wouldn't touch my car. So frustrating. Waste of my time. What an ordeal and a big fiasco. He left me enraged because of his treatment and getting in the way of my schedule. Not cool. read more
