I was referred to this body shop by my Insurance Agent (USAA). Upon arriving for the appointment for the initial estimate, the expert, who may have had some sort of medical condition... or may have been highly intoxicated at 10:00-ish AM informed me they do not perform repairs for aluminum body vehicles, such as my 2019 Ford F-150. Sure would have been nice to know before hand as to not waste a week of my life. Strangely, this afternoon I received a presumably standard document in the mail from them... "Thank you for allowing us to complete an estimate on your vehicle... etc... etc... etc... "we can repair your vehicle." Not able to give them zero stars and giving one extra for the gal that tried to help me with the repair service before the drunk guy showed up. read more

STAY AWAY from this business. The individual who repaired my car is either incompetent or simply did not care. The individual tore down the vehicle as he should have, but then he used damaged parts that were on the car when I was rear ended to help put it back together. The whole back seal of my trunk looked like he took a pair of pliers and tried to bend all the metal into the correct shape and then didn't even finish putting everything back together. The car had a consistent rattle that i had multiple businesses try to chase down with no luck. "Zak" told me he would take care of me and all he did was put forth a pathetic effort that is honestly embarrassing for him and the business owners. I contacted them after the fact and, of course, they disputed these claims. I then brought my car to another body shop and had them perform another review of the car and the work done... the second body shop said there was no other way to fix the damage that Fine Lines caused other than to tear it all down and redo everything. He was truly shocked and could not believe a shop would give a customer their car back in the condition it was in. Word of advice for anyone seeking a body shop... STAY AWAY! read more

Please, folks. I hope the positive reviews detailing the really, really cool cars crashing into the building outside don't fool you. Nothing on the inside is cool at all. Brought my truck in to get fixed after an accident. It took almost 4 weeks to fix. Had to constantly call them for updates, because they WILL NOT call you. I would call and they would say one thing, and my wife would call and they would say the opposite. The plastic on covering the roof rack tracks was missing (although I didn't notice it until a week later). They were supposed to get a new step pad for my rear bumper. Again, "We'll call you when it comes in." Never happened. I'm sure they had no problem charging my insurance for it. I guess the work done was ok, since the truck is still in one piece. It would've been nice if they could've at least TRIED to get new parts instead of used ones. This place will do nothing but waste your time. Fine Lines is awesome, I had to get a door molding painted and a friend of mine recommended Fine Lines and I'm glad I went. The work was done quickly and the paint matched perfectly. Everyone was really helpful, the guy who did the work offered to install the molding for no charge without me asking and after that he gave me the leftover paint to use as touch-up paint. Overall the whole experience was fantastic and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends. read more

When I call to speak with someone, I'm assured, they'll call me back before the end of day... that hasn't happened. I grew up watching my folks run a very successful business. Cannot be trusted for an insurance estimate! My car was struck by a customer of Liberty Mutual Insurance. After taking my car to a body shop run by somebody I have known for 25 years to get an estimate, I was forced by Liberty Mutual to take my car to Fine Lines for an estimate. Fine Lines, working on behalf of the insurance company, low-balled the estimate, coming up with an estimate of only 70% of the correct cost to do the repair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Very dissatisfied I had used fine line several times in the past with great success. But this year my car was involved in two seperate accidents the first time I was told my car was ready I arrived to find unsastifactory work which they made corrections. The following week I had to return my car to them since they forgot to reconnect the power mirror. Two months later I was involved in a second accident once again I was called and told my car was ready and arrived to find the paint chips on freshly painted areas of the car. I rejected the work and they held my car for another week and half to make correction. This time I arrived to find a poor job blending the new paint with the existing paint. In addition they never installed any of the factory plugs and seam tape and my passengers door is not closing properly. As a result of this I am working with my insurance company to take corrective action else where. In addition they also insisted on me lying my deductible and tried to offer me $100.00 cash to sign off on it. read more
