The owner, Gary was nice at first. He took pictures with his phone of scratches on my bumper to be fixed.. turn around would be 3 days. He said he will send the estimate to my email. I waited 5 days and followed up. Now 10 days later still no estimate. I called and he said, he got really busy with estimates to do and told me to go somewhere else. Kudos to Queen City Autobody! My old Impala needed bodywork to fix rust and holes. It was worse than expected, needing fenders and rocker panels on both sides but was well worth fixing as it had low mileage. Gary and his team did a fantastic job including my very difficult to match Laser Blue paint and he even buffed out my old, cloudy headlights. The quality was excellent as well as the turnaround time and the price was far more reasonable than I expected for the amount of work done. Thank you so much Gary! Appallingly unprofessional, Gary absolutely does not deserve anyone's business. I cannot understate how miserable he was to "work with", even though his son and the gents that actually complete the labor did a fine job. Gary is a disgusting human being with how he treated me. I'd recommend a permanent vacation and handing off the front desk duties to someone with even the slightest shred of human decency. Investigate other poor reviews for this place, and you'll find an easy-to-follow pattern of awful treatment from this sad little man. Trust these reviews, as they're EXACTLY what I experienced. I was on the phone with Gary asking him questions about dealing with out of state insurances. He gave me conflicting information which made it seem like he did not understand how to deal with insurance policies based in Massachusetts. With the amount of experience he has being 65+ years old you would think he would understand how to handle out of state insurance policies. Very disappointing that he decided to yell and scream at me and refer to me as "you people." Hopefully that doesn't mean what it came off as maybe he was having a bad day but that is no excuse to treat and talk to customers. Big thumbs down read more

Gary and his staff are amazing and made a new and stressful situation a very pleasant experience!! I have never had to bring my car to a shop due to an automobile accident, so I was clueless on how the whole process worked. I called Queen City for an estimate, Gary answered some questions and reassured me that I was in control, not the insurance companies and to bring the vehicle down. Gary showed me around the shop, made me feel like I was at home and apart of the family. Gary told me when to bring in my car. I dropped my car off on March 14th and had it back on 3/23/2022. My car looks better than when I first brought it home. Come here for all of your autobody needs!!! I never write reviews, but I have to say Owner Gary is extremely unprofessional, rude, and just a nasty person! After calling multiple times to check on the vehicle as he was working on it he would never give a price and then charged $2000 more than the original job without confirming if we even wanted the work done. It also took him over a month longer then he originally said! Then he told us that he would charge an extra 3% to pay with a debit card so we decided to write a check. Check cleared from our account and we went to pickup our van 2 days later and he refused to give it to us!!! claiming that his bank was still holding the check. We even showed him our bank account proving the check cleared and he still refused while acting like a TOTAL PRICK!!! I would never do business with this place EVER again!!!! read more

Best body shop in town! They were able to fix what another body shop screwed up, detailed the inside, stayed at the quoted price and I think they even changed the battery in my key fob even though I didn't ask. Dropped it off on Monday and it was done on Friday. read more

PERFECTION for real!! 10/10 So I had a brand new car and there was a bottle thrown at it on the street causing paint damage and a small dent for a car that I've had for two days. I used Queen City Auto Body for the first time recently because my 1995 BMW M3 failed a state inspection due to rusted out rocker panels and front fenders. I'm very particular about the work done on this vehicle. Gary assured me that everything would be done correctly, explained the process in detail and promised to provide photos of what they found and how it was repaired. The photos were eye-opening in terms of what they were faced with and how well they repaired it. Looking at the car now, you'd never know there was a problem--it looks amazing.
