    A professional customer service, great price, and excellent job, I recommend the Patriots Auto Body. Great repair work for a reasonable price. Now my car looks like brand new. Thanks guys

    I'll start with a Huge WOWWWWW. When we first met with Al (I believe is the owner) I was very clear that I really want them to do a beautiful job. This is the very first time I own a brand new vehicle and it was very upsetting that someone hit the car and left the scene leaving not just an ugly damage but also destroying the plan we had for the night in our 3 day vacation. Gladly, I search on Yelp and found Patriots Auto body. I'm extremely impressed with the job they did. At one point I honestly thought they had change the door instead of fixing it, that is how beautiful the damaged door looks. I'm very impressed. As a nice gesture they wash and vacuum the car, also His office help me get a rental car. I Highly recommend this shop. Thank you so very much Al and everybody else.

    brought my vehicle for tints. I requested 35% tint. They finished the job, however, comparing the…read morework to my friend's car, (he has the same model, same 35% tint), his shade was slightly darker than mines. He showed me his receipt, from Boomers audio, in NH and confirmed the % tint. However, my receipt from carisma showed no such details apart from the services provided. I went back to carisma to inquire about my tint % and below is are the details from the response(s) I received from the owner: 1. They provided me with 40% tint. When i requested 35% 2. When i asked about why 40%, i was told that my factory windows are by default tinted by 5% so they use 40% for a final tint of 35% 3. After the fact that my tints were not the percentage i requested, ( confirmed with my dealership the windows were NOT tinted 5%), the owner stated that for me to get the darkness what i ORIGINALLY wanted, he would have to charge me the SAME price for the work as well as an additional charge for removal of the wrong tint that they installed!!! A month had not passed, but carisma conveniently states on the receipt , which does not detail the product provided, that refunds on services is contingent on owner approval. So it was obvious that i could not go that route of demanding a refund . It would have been a nice gesture to at least meet me halfway with a reduced cost for the service, considering that their explanation of their tints was given to me after the issue was brought up. I am instead using the money to have the tints service done the right way with honesty and integrity through boomers audio in merrimack, NH. They even offered a reduced quote of services when they heard my story. Hopefully this review can be used as a tool for service improvement for carisma and to ensure that any customer will not have to have the feeling that i had upon purchasing a car service or product.     I traveled from Sturbridge Ma to Lowell to look at a 19 Continental. I was allowed to browse the…read morelot without any pressure. After a while, I was met by salesman Brendan. He was very professional, accommodating, and eager to answer any questions I had. After the test drive, I came up with a punch list of issues from scraped rims (all 4), couple dents, complete cleaning in and out, etc. All was agreed and handled without hesitation. When I came to pick up the car, it looked brand new. I went straight to the inspection station in Sturbridge, and that's when we discovered a left tie rod end was bad, so failed the inspection. I communicated this back to Brendan, who hesitated at first, almost denying it do Lincolns rigorous 192 point inspection. After I sent him pictures and the failed paperwork, he finally said to bring it back and they will repair. Also, while I drive it, I heard a grinding sound coming from the car, I mentioned this to Brendan as well. Once dropped, all issues were repaired without question, I was provided a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus to borrow for the next 5 weeks while waiting for parts, etc. They repaired everything including the rear grinding noice, which turned out to be the rear axle. Although a few hiccups with the mechanical issues, all an all, the experience was fantastic. I would not hesitate to do business again with Gervais Lincoln and Brendan due to their customer service and wanting to make it right for the customer.

The molding on the passenger side door cracked and broke off, I called to schedule the repair a month ago describing exactly what the issue is, my vehicle went in today only to find out they will not cover the 1500 price tag to replace a small section of moulding and their is nothing they could do. There was no accident or damage, tis is clearly a defective part. The service manager Ryan was rude and extremely unhelpful. I guess this location only want to sell luxury cars but does not want to warranty issues outside of the customers liability. I further called Lincoln direct and was told by Kay that she spoke with the dealership and they advised this is not a covered warranty. Very disapointed with this dealership.

    I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership -- even if you get everything in…read morewriting. After months of communication with a salesperson, I reached out when I was finally ready to purchase. I was extremely organized and upfront. I provided all trade-in details, my 10-day payoff, income information, and completed the financing application online. I made it clear that I did not want to spend hours at the dealership -- I wanted everything handled in advance so I could come in, sign, and leave. To make sure they had everything they needed, I even visited the dealership the day before the purchase so they could inspect my current vehicle in person and finalize the trade offer. I also looked at the vehicle I was trading for. The salesperson confirmed the numbers and said everything was ready. Yet when I arrived the next day, they were completely unprepared. My financing hadn't been run. The agreed-upon numbers had changed. I sat at the dealership for over four hours, dealing with excuses, last-minute requests for documentation, and unnecessary delays -- despite providing every single piece of information ahead of time. It was clear that no one had actually done the work they claimed to have completed. Eventually, we reached an agreement on the numbers, but I was told I couldn't take the car home that day -- a Friday -- despite explaining I was leaving the country and wouldn't be available that Monday. After pushing back, the manager agreed to let me take the car home with dealer plates and promised someone would meet me at my Town Hall Monday to transfer my disabled veteran plates. The salesperson told me he would call the Town Hall to confirm what documentation was required -- he never did. I had to call myself, get the information, and follow up with him. On Monday, I was still being asked for documents that I had already submitted days earlier via email, while sitting at his desk. The lack of attention to detail and accountability was exhausting. Weeks later, I called to schedule the ceramic coating and interior protection I had paid for at the time of purchase. I was passed between departments and put on hold. When I finally reached the salesperson, he didn't remember who I was, called me by the wrong name, and acted as though I was inconveniencing him. I asked for a clear appointment time so I wouldn't be stuck waiting around, and he assured me he'd confirm with the detailer and call me right back. That call never came. When I finally did get an appointment, I was told to come in at 1:00 PM so my car could go straight in with the detail team. This was the second time I've had this protection applied to a VW -- the first was at another dealership for my wife's 2025 Atlas, and that experience was smooth, professional, and handled entirely by the service department. At Gervais, it was chaos from the moment I arrived. No one seemed to know why I was there. The service department didn't even know what the product was, and instead of handling it themselves, they kept sending me back to the salesperson -- even though sales has nothing to do with actually applying the product. It was endless back-and-forth, with no one taking ownership or knowing what was going on. To make matters worse, when I got my car back, the "interior protection" was clearly only halfway done. The center console was still dirty, the doors hadn't even been touched, and nothing about the interior looked like it had been professionally detailed. For something I paid extra for, the quality and effort were unacceptable. And that's been the theme. Once the sale was made, the communication dropped off almost entirely. My questions stopped being answered. Follow-ups were ignored. Any sense of professionalism vanished the moment they got my signature. This entire process could've been smooth and simple. I came prepared, patient, and communicative. But from start to finish -- and even after the sale -- I had to chase down everything. The dealership repeatedly dropped the ball, gave misinformation, and failed to follow through on commitments. I love the car I purchased -- I would absolutely buy the same vehicle again. But never from this dealership. If you're considering doing business here, be cautious. Don't trust verbal promises. Don't assume anything will be done unless you verify it yourself. And even then, be prepared to be disappointed. You're better off going elsewhere.
