Patriots Auto body Shop in Lowell is by far the best auto body shop I have ever used. Most importantly, they do excellent repair work. They also have fantastic service and are all really nice people. I just got my Toyota Highlander back from them, and the repair they did was beautiful. They arranged for the car to be towed to them for free , as this is a service they provide, and they called me immediately to let me know they were on top of it. They texted me frequently to provide updates, and finished the job a week early. They are also super convenient, especially if you live a little far from Lowell, they offer a free pick up and drop off service. Don't go anywhere else. read more

I got rear ended by someone who was probably texting and had some good damage done to my rear bumper. It ended up being worse than I thought upon further inspection. These guys were actually really cool about explaining in detail what happened in regards to damage and what needed to get fixed. They only had my car for a few days and it looked great when it was done, they even fixed a few older scratches and dings they found. Luckily insurance covered everything but even still the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I don't get hit by some wreckless texter ever again but if I do I'm taking my car here. read more

This is the very first time I own a brand new vehicle and it was very upsetting that someone hit the car and left the scene leaving not just an ugly damage but also destroying the plan we had for the night in our 3 day vacation. I went to patriot auto for some exterior repairs (bumpers and doors had dents/ scratches), that were from 6+ months prior, on May 14, 2018. Other than the exterior, there was nothing else wrong with my vehicle. A week later, the car was returned to me with the airbag light on (which hadn't been on before) and a botched paint job with obvious drippage and spots missed. The manager Ricardo made a point to let me know that their work had a lifetime guarantee. Two weeks later, I brought the car back to get the airbag light off (didn't even make a big deal about the horrible paint job) and after trying to turn it off for 30 minutes, Ricardo and his coworker informed me that they refused to fix it "because it was not triggered by any work that they did but rather it was from the impact of the accident" AKA it was on because of the damage incurred FROM SIX MONTHS AGO. I informed him that the light WAS NOT on when I dropped it off at their shop and he still continued to blame me for the light being on and told me I had no proof to the contrary. Because the airbag light is still on, I'm going to have to pay $250 when I return my lease-- a problem that was caused by Patriot Autobody who refuses to take responsibility for it. They simply told me it wasn't their problem and that I could get a lawyer but it's their word against mine. I would give no stars if I could. Don't ever go to them. They return your car to you with more problems than you start out with and show no remorse for it. read more

Our brand new car was damaged by a flying object from another vehicle on the highway. Patriots was super helpful in working with our insurance and taking good care of our vehicle. We needed paint work, a windshield, and some serious cleaning of glass from inside the vehicle. Ach was always responsive via the phone and was incredibly friendly/helpful.
