A thrifters dream..... go and check it out. This is a big store, so plan to spend a few hours rummaging!

Driving by and said why not.....completely overwhelmed Never seen a thrift store so big before, definitely wasn't prepared. Huge selection of multiple items at reasonable prices. Will definitely plan some time to come back because shopping here will DEFINITELY take a while !!!!

This was the largest of the thrift stores we visited on our afternoon thrifting adventure. Parking is a bit tricky with signs threatening to tow you if you park in the wrong lot. After a bit of searching and patience we were able to secure a spot. The first floor has a ton of clothes. I just don't have enough patience to pour through endless racks. If you are looking to save money or you have kids who outgrow everything so quickly than this is a great option. Also on the first floor is jewelry, purses, shoes, and household decor including holiday. They had a selection of Halloween costumes. The items for the most part looked worn. I would pick something up only to put it back down because it was dirty or broken. Stairs or an elevator will take you to the second floor with furniture, art, and exercise equipment. The only piece of furniture I liked, a table was $1,400! Most of the furniture looked really used. Senior day is Wednesday when items are half off. Every Friday from 4 to 8 is happy hour when all customers can get half off most of the store. They also have a rewards program. There are other locations of this chain around South Florida and one in N.Y.. I saw a sign that says they put out thousands of new items on the weekend. Maybe that is the best time to go because I struck out today.

This was my least favorite of the 3 thrift stores we visited all on University Drive and all just a few blocks from each other. It's huge and has a ton of clothes on the first floor. It just felt very industrialized -- and had no "personality". A big box store that I was surprised to see was as busy as it was. I looked through some of the clothes and nothing really appealed. Prices were just okay -- no real bargains. Along one wall were a few shelves of bric a brac, but again, nothing very exciting to me. I can usually find something to buy in every thrift store I go to and didn't see anything here I would even consider buying. Upstairs is their furniture area. Lamps, and big items, etc. I was so not thrilled by their stuff downstairs (and not needing any furniture) that I did not bother even climbing the stairs or finding their elevator (which we discovered later -- there are no signs!). I let my friend venture up there to check it out and report back. I didn't miss a thing. So now we know....

A broken shelf I got charged $80 for.

I don't shop in thrift stores that put all their profits in their pockets and do not donate anything.

Everyone is edgy. Quite rude, unless you're Hispanic. Prices are extremely high for what they have.

What percentage of profits go to Florida Breast Cancer Foundation?

Hi Lisa! Thanks for your inquiry. The items that we purchase from the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation are purchased at a bulk rate on a monthly basis -not based on profits.

We bought a bedroom set, electric fireplace/mantle, assorted chairs and tables. We were looking for Victorian style furniture and they had it. The bedroom set was pre-owned but they promised to get rid of all the scrapes, etc. They did an amazing job! The owner is from NY and a bit brusque at times, but he delivered our furniture when he promised and the pieces all looked great. If you are looking for that style of furniture, this is a good place to check out.

They are located in a street mall, which will be destroyed, and in the same location will be two five-story buildings (the City of Oakland Park is approving the construction). So, they will have to move. The place is loaded with old folks' stuff. It seems to me seniors bring a lot of stuff for them to sell. Very small place stuffed with too many things. You barely can walk inside. I do not recommend this place. First, they are unfriendly; second, they are rude; and third, the energy inside is very negative. This place gave me the creeps! Finally, too little space packed with too many things that should be thrown in the garbage. I wish I could give no stars!
