Our kids are very, VERY happy with the service experience overall; the way this antique 3rd generation instrument sounds, feels, and performs; the professionalism and extremely detailed knowledge Manny exhibited while "on the job." My own piano, a very old upright Kohler Campbell--which ceased production of pianos in the U.S. in 1985--was last tuned 30-35 years ago. My mother studied piano on it from 1940 on, during her growing-up years. It is in tune with itself, but I'll be giving Manny's Tuning by Ear a call very soon so that it "sounds better." This piece is near and dear to my heart and deserves an excellent "tune-up." I can't think of anyone more qualified to restore this heirloom to its original quality of life!

Jim was extremely professional and accommodating with the move. I called him on a Sunday and we scheduled the piano to be moved that Thursday. The fee was $300 - to move my upright from a first floor house to a second story apartment (up one flight of stairs). The entire move went smoothly. However Trevor said don't worry we can help you pack this up. They were moving so fast and efficient. His team were careful with our belongs and made sure we were happy. If I was packed up and organized it definitely would have only taken 3 hours. If you don't give these guys a try well your going to regret it. 9.10.20 so I have to update this review because after 3 months I still can't find my PS4 that I asked not to be packed and not moved.
