They are always happy to help and acknowledge every person that comes in. The free app is very convenient (you pay a little extra for the appointment conveniences, otherwise it's first come, first serve for walk ins...and explains why you might get pushed back, they prioritize those who put in the extra effort and appointment fee). I wouldn't say I have the best hair but when it comes to getting a good cut and finding someone thats consistent Cisco and the other guys there are the real deal. He took time and effort to cut my hair and make me look nice. Went in today for a cut and the guy that did it wasn't friendly to begin with. I told the guy i wanted a razor fade he was like "you got it". I sat there while he clipped me i asked him if he could even it out with my beard. Did a horrible job on my beard. In the end i was being polite and i paid $45 for that trainwreck. 20 for the haircut 10 for destroying my beard. And $15 for a tip because im not a .... On top of all that the guy never even gave me a razor fade. I didnt speak on it cause i honestly didnt trust him with a razor around me. Careful with the skinny white guy. The big guy and old man are good(from what i can see. I never been cut by either one. The guy that gave me a fresh cut was no longer employed there). Avoid the other dude at all costs. So i left and i was looking in my car mirror and i was like nahhhh this dude made me look silly. So you want to make sure you have an open schedule as you will wait and wait and wait a little more, it is because the place is so busy. Happy to say they do not rush your cut, they are very good at what they do. They did hot shave at the end and listened to what I wanted. Customer service is great here. They close at 6:30 depending on the number of customers. They do not tell you they are closed they tell you that all sitting in the shop will be taken care of.
