I said something before it was put in permanently, and directly after, but he ignored me completely. The document that I signed for the amount that was to be billed to my insurance company versus what I would pay, was fine, but then, mysteriously, the amount increased by 3 times the amount that they originally stated (and the amount that I agreed to). I understand that sometimes there will be some small variances in the estimate versus the final cost, but THREE TIMES the amount? Also, they billed my insurance company 28 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR THE SAME THING!!! How is that NOT shady? And every time I tried to talk to them regarding my bill, they were soooo rude. And now, I'm in collections. I would avoid these people at all costs unless you just have simple, straight forward dental work that you need done.

Also, the office I went to has handled several of Dr. Prince's FAILED cases. Unbelievable!!! Go somewhere else. Dr. Prince only cares about making money and not his patients and their results or lack of. It has been a nightmare from the beginning. My teeth weren't tracking properly but during each appointment after briefly looking at my teeth, he would just say "they look great, keep doing what you're doing and we'll get there." Well, we did not get there and after having to argue with him he finally did a proper check up and found that one of my attachments was preventing further movement. This could and should have been addressed about five months prior to when he actually found it. Then, once we got to my last set, he again tried telling me everything looks great so he could send me on my merry way. Again after having to argue and repeat myself several times, he finally ordered refinements. I have a couple months left of my refinements but we are still not where we should be. When I brought this up, he just disregarded my concerns and basically told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and my smile is now perfect. That's what he told me before he ordered my refinements too before he had an epiphany. I'm so sick of him just talking circles around me whenever I express any concerns. I paid good money to get good results but it's not happening and he couldn't care less. My case was mild, and he has been struggling immensely with it so I'm not sure how he can help others with more severe issues. He literally told me there's nothing he can do for me anymore at the end of my appointment and just walked out. Funny how now that I'm done with my payments, he's done listening and has checked out, even though this isn't what I paid for. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE FACT THAT HE'S AN "ELITE PROVIDER" MEANS NOTHING!!! The only reason that he is still around is to rake in as much money as he can before he retires. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT RESULTS OR HIS CLIENTS.

When I called to explain, the response was flat and unsympathetic. I was told the next available cleaning wasn't until October, with no offer of a cancellation list and no attempt to help. What makes this especially frustrating is that they call me about once a week asking if I want to come in for last‑minute openings when they have cancellations. But when I had a legitimate medical issue, suddenly there was no flexibility and no interest in accommodating a long‑time patient. After three decades with this practice, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- just basic courtesy. The way this was handled made it clear that loyalty doesn't count for much here anymore. At this point, I'm planning to find a different dentist for myself, my kids, and anyone else I care about. I still believe they could have handled this with more understanding, but they chose not to, and that's what ultimately pushed me to move on.

When I call the dentist's office about my individual care, I expect to talk to someone who can actually answer my questions. This has led to a situation where I have been unable to schedule a 6 month routine dental exam. Instead, I could only schedule an appointment for 8 months out and be on a waiting list for an earlier appointment should someone else cancel. This is unacceptable!
