I went on a Sunday afternoon to look for clip in extensions for an upcoming wedding and was not disappointed. I was helped by an older man who appeared to manage the nail shop next door. It didn't seem like he was super knowledgeable of the hair extensions since he works next door, but luckily I knew what I wanted. He actually matched my hair tone to some extension choices very well. He was polite and helpful throughout my visit. After helping me for less than ten minutes I found exactly what I needed. I was very surprised they offered ombre style clip ins so those are what I bought since my hair is blonde balayage/ombre. I tried them on at home and the quality of the clip in hair extensions are amazing! I can't wait to style and wear them to the wedding. If I ever need more hair extensions, I am definitely not going anywhere else. Lannie's is the best!

If you should choose not to heed this warning and go to this salon anyways the stylist name is Jennifer do yourself and your pocket book a favor and pick someone else although I'm unable to verify if the other stylist there are more professional and it goes to reason that a place willing to staff a decidedly unprofessional acting "professional stylist" such as Jennifer that like company tends to congregate and their quality care is their quality care so proceed with caution, unless you have a thousand dollars your simply willing to burn for a horrible experience but to each their own I guess, here is what we received: Within the first week the extensions started falling out. One came out almost immediately, three before the second week and more followed. By the second week of February ,14 of the extensions sat in a ziplock bag and that was what was left of my gift to her before Valentine's Day. To date they kept coming and we've been left with we me trying to install them back myself and most of the ones that remain were put in by me someone with zero experience in the matter, This obviously shouldn't happen so soon after a professional installation however people have off days so we were willing to reach out to correct the problem , no harm no foul right?wrong , after reaching out to Jennifer and explaining the situation I got one response , "who is this?" Then after explaining AGAIN several times I've gotten nothing but ghosted, 800 dollars is no small expense for us and I saved up considerably just to get this done for her as we've come into hard financial times and she's been left without being able to get it done for several years now so the install was actually a pretty big deal and one she was incredibly excited about and what we've received is just something I never would have expected to have to live with from someone who calls themselves a professional. paying that much for a professional service , I don't think it's unreasonable to expect results that last longer than a single week Seeing Lauren so excited about getting her hair done again after such a long time made the disaster that was placed on her head that much more heartbreaking .Seeing them fall out like this has been upsetting and embarrassing for her. We reached out multiple times trying to resolve the issue and schedule a correction appointment, but unfortunately we haven't received a response. We would much rather have handled this directly and given the stylist Jennifer the opportunity to make it right. All we've been asking for is a proper correction appointment and a full check of the installation so the extensions are secure, which seems like a reasonable expectation for a service of this price. To be fair I have not spoken to the owner and it's still entirely possible that upon reading this that they are unaware they have a stylist in their mix giving their establishment a bad name. It's possible the others aren't like this and I want to be fair but also want people to be informed so what happened to us doesn't happen to them. I'm leaving this review because communication and accountability matter, especially when clients invest this kind of money and trust in a professional service. If the salon is willing to address the issue and correct the installation, we would absolutely update this review and would expect no less from any establishment masquerading around as a professional service , only time will tell I guess. I will further update this review as the situation progresses so as to inform future would be potential customers . Thank you

I have sensory issues with lights and I don't like noisy congested environments. I like to keep it simple. And the environment is calm, friendly and happy! There's a decent selection of everything you could possibly be looking for, but they're outdated and it feels like someone's trying to offload a bunch of things they've been keeping in storage. Overall if you don't want to shop online and want to look at Halloween things in-person, it might be worth a look. "Kreep Halloween - Sherman Oaks" but use the same everything else. It's a huge emporium of all things costume, cosplay and halloween from awesome wigs and accessories to incredible masks, props, replica weapons and beyond. There's sections and areas for all ages, sizes and genders. Outstanding holiday decor from the moment you cross the threshold and are greeted by their friendly security and/or helpful staff. I wanted to check out the lay of the land, this being the former Joann's (Fabrics, before they went out of business) and often a Spirit Halloween location prior to that. Honestly enjoyed Kreepy Halloween and while it was a little chaotic, over packed with product and the week of all hallow's eve, everyone does their part to assist and keep this store up. A lot of the Joann's signs are still up and/or very visible, which is to be expected with such a short turnaround time. I believe this store physically opened here in August and additionally there is a Kreepy Halloween in Los Feliz as of October, second location. Customer service is personable for sure, however the line was a little confusing with not the best clear signs to guide you or markers to let you know where the line physically starts. They had me go up past the first few registers not in use to just behind a gap where employees enter and exit... I made sure there was room and didn't stand in the way of the opening, but no indicators, marks or instruction for this that I could noticeably see... Other than that, they did have up to four to five registers open and the line moved quickly. Reasonable prices and parking both underground and on the ground level at the Riverside-Woodman plaza on the corner of the streets of the same names - diagonal from Notre Dame High.
