For a haircut, wash and blowout the total was $65 which was perfect! You won't regret it if you get your hair done by them!

Their products are reliable. when you are in need of any help, you can always call them for any assistance. Their price is fair and they do exchanges for a reasonable reason. Great location they have everything that I need and James is very helpful in helping me choose the products that I need I love this place it's close to my house the only downfall is that they have a Home Depot across the parking lot a lot of workers hang around outside the door and right in front of the store. As a person, Ruby was hospitable and sweet offering refreshments however, she offered to give me a "deal" a haircut for $40 when normally women's hair cost $25 at this location but because my hair was extra long to the waistline she said it cost more. I tried my best to explain to her what I wanted for a haircut which was supposed to be about 2 inches off only and long layers. Instead she cut my hair extremely uneven and removed volume on the ends which was not supposed to be used I need volume not thinning sheer! Now I am left with shorter blotched hair with a rat tail at the ends. Then for coloring and bleach I showed her a picture and insisted on a particular look but she left my hair with hot roots and a strip of orange streaks nothing close to what the picture showed. I saw how she was applying the bleach and feared the worse and again I tried telling her what I expected but it was super hard to communicate because of the language barrier. And all throughout the process she kept reminding me of how much of a deal I was getting in comparison to other places that charge 500 but with her she would charge 200. I kept fearing the worse but mentally I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. As the end was fast approaching I felt she was going to leave me unfinished. My nightmare came true it was a disaster, she did not attempt to style it and I think she knew she had messed up but didn't know how to fix it and right away I saw the hot roots and she said all done and I asked about the toner, no toner? She said no, but to come back in about 3 months for a touch up. And to pay her the 200 with tip. I said I didn't want this look though but she said this is good. I couldn't believe this, I left crying, I cried all night. 200 is not cheap it's still a lot of money to pay especially for a bad hair job to say the least! I come to a salon expecting professional work but I came out looking like I got work done by a beginner student from a beauty school. I could have done this myself and would have had a more decent result but instead I placed my trust at this salon. I'm So disappointed and disillusioned. I don't think she would even refund me partially! Now I'm left trying to fix it myself not knowing what products she used or if it's even fixable! You don't have to be a professional to know that this went wrong, anyone can see this is not acceptable!
