Advertises on line one price and the next day raises the price. No way to do business.

I checked the dealership's own website, found a Tucson SEL Premium in their inventory, and gave Sean the exact stock number I wanted to test drive. My wife, my child, and I then waited 20-25 minutes -- only for Sean to bring out the wrong trim (an SEL instead of the SEL Premium). His explanation was that "the lane is closed." I politely asked to see the second SEL Premium that was also listed as available on their site. Instead of accommodating a simple, specific request, Sean became irritated, claimed he had "already shown me four cars" (he had not), and told me I "don't know what I want" -- after I had literally handed him a stock number. I was polite the entire time. I asked to see a car the dealership itself advertises as in stock. That should be the easiest sale of the day. Instead, I was blamed for my own reasonable request and treated like an inconvenience -- in front of my family. A dealership that can't show a paying customer a car from its own inventory, and whose salesman argues with customers instead of helping them, doesn't deserve your business. They certainly won't be getting mine.

Since then, my truck has had transmission, steering , suspension problems, and then the brakes they said they just replaced startedpulsating and the vehicle was extremely hard to stop. When I called Jason to go over the brakes, he said, " well, The brakes were working fine when the truck left here and you'll have to pay for a diagnostic fee." He basically insinuated that it was me and the road conditions not the fact that brakes are bad. I've been driving for 30 years. I've had lots of vehicles. I've never had one like this where the brakes pulsate this badly after just being "replaced." I took my truck to my local mechanic and found that Car Connection had put new brake pads on my truck, but put them on very warped rotors. I had to have all new rotors and now new brake put on the truck. The brake the dealership put on weredestroyed by putting them on top of bad rotors. The mechanic checked my truck out and found that my oil was basically black sludge (Jason had said they just changed the oil ) and the air filter was so clogged that it was starting to have major engine performance problems. I would think changing the oil and an air filter are pretty basic things to do to a vehicle that had just been "serviced and ready for sale." if they didn't do that, what's the likelihood they did anything on my truck?? . On top of that, my sales person was extremely arrogant and condescending and has had a chip on his shoulder since I made them discount the truck $2000. And by the way they do discount vehicles, even if the sales people say they don't. They absolutely will, you just need to be tough and be ready to walk out. What a horrible experience, I had told Jason of the financial I was in when I bought this vehicle. He my problems 100 times worse. Do not go to this dealership. They are the typical used car lot that's in it for a buck; nothing more.

My sunroof didn't work, my windshield tank is broken, the automatic start doesn't work, the heat works when it wants to, the heated seats don't work, my oil gasket broke the first month of me having the car and they charged me 900$ for it. So they basically sold me a broken car and lied about everything in my face. My check engine light is still on till this day. So i advice not to buy a car from here it's very bad business.

Serena was so kind, but expertly informed about each and every car- their specs, details, etc! Superior product knowledge and exceptional customer experience. I told her upfront I was extremely picky and she delivered 100% beautiful choices and offered flexibility by researching nationwide on a car I had lost in a (rather devastating) accident. It's not a situation anyone would like to be in, but the good news is I'm still here- but my car is not. I did not purchase today from her- and it had absolutely nothing to do with her customer care. She's top tier and deserves a big raise, just for how well she knows these cars. Specs, stats, features... this lil gal can walk that talk. If you're a picky person- you've got my highest recommendation to make an appointment here and see one of these beautiful, fairly priced cars. Highest marks for a top notch experience. The reason I did not buy is (other than picky) I'm mourning a loss of a car I deeply loved. I need more time to hunt. But you all need to see these spectacular vehicles- and please purchase from her- she's amazing. There was some beautiful vehicles on this lot.

They gave me the run around. Oh Mike isn't here today, call tomorrow blah blah blah. When I finally decided to just visit them, Mike test drove my car and confirmed what I heard. He goes back and lets his supervisors know what he witnessed... The supervisor gave him (Mike) a paper stating that my brakes or atleast 1 was replaced brand new. He states "Oh sometimes these brand new parts can sound like that because they're trying to adjust"... I've never heard of that! Fast forward, here I am 2 months into my purchase and I'm getting my transmission looked at and serviced and, get this, the brakes as well... who knew please be cautious, those places like north coast and or buy here pay here company's aren't the only ones distributing lemons. These lemons just happen to look good.

We called the dealership and took it in immediately since the light indicated a safety issue. They provided us a loaner, most likely only because Audi of America would have required it. They still had our car on April 15, still uncertain what our vehicle's safety issue was, when the big hailstorm came through. Our vehicle was outside, not in the service department, not protected, and was severely damaged. Did they care? Not at all. They assumed zero responsibility, act of God and all. Meanwhile the loaner we had was safe and secure, not a mark on it. Legally they could take that position, and no one, from dealership management to service to our salesman, felt any moral duty to help us. My favorite argument from management was that the employees there that day also had vehicles damaged and we simply need to turn it over to our insurance company. Unbelievably we could not get them to understand the massive difference between employees bringing their cars to work that day and our situation where they kept our car 5 days prior and we had zero control over what happened to our car. We contacted Audi of America, who in the end after a number of phone calls did reimburse us for the 2 car payments we made while Audi of Bedford had our car. They had it for 7 1/2 weeks, WEEKS, before we got our highly damaged car back. We also spoke with a representative from Penske Motors, the owner of Audi of Bedford, and received the same "we don't give a shi&$#" attitude. In the end, our insurance company totaled our brand new car, thanks to the complete lack of morals and respect for customers who spent a lot of money. This Audi was our 4th Audi, and one of our prior Audi purchases was from this dealership. We did consider another Audi when this one was totaled, though certainly not from this place. We cannot rate this place low enough or the employees involved with enough disdain.
