I had called in advance. I spoke to Brian, who assured me that they had the wipers I needed and that he would even install them for me. When I arrived about 1 hour later, Brian greeted me. He went and found the wipers I needed. He double-checked the size, and I paid. Then, he went out into the freezing cold and installed them for me! When he had to go back in to attach the adapters, he made sure that I came in out of the cold also. A few minutes later they were installed, and he made sure I tried them out before I left. The service person Jordan was one of the best communicators. He went over the list of issues and spoke extensively with us by phone about all the parts we would need to repair, in order to make it safe on the road. When we told him we decided to give up on repairing it, he even referred us to the Salvage Company who towed the car. I have always preferred Conrads. They will tell you the whole story on any car issues and let you decide what you can or cannot fix. I appreciate their careful attention to detail.
