The bedliner does a great job protecting the aluminum bed and its texture is rough but not uncomfortable to crawl on. The hard rollup cover is a game changer for how I can use the truck. Amy, the person at the front desk spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions about the pros and cons of the different styles of bed covers they sell and install. I was lucky that she was also able to take me out to their lot to show me the covers on actual trucks. No more worries about theft of my tools or belongings, great protection from rain and snow. I've had trucks for 40 years and this is the first cover I've put on because they always seemed so expensive. After having the cover for a week I realized how wrong that thought was. I had called in advance. I spoke to Brian, who assured me that they had the wipers I needed and that he would even install them for me. When I arrived about 1 hour later, Brian greeted me. He went and found the wipers I needed. He double-checked the size, and I paid. Then, he went out into the freezing cold and installed them for me! When he had to go back in to attach the adapters, he made sure that I came in out of the cold also. A few minutes later they were installed, and he made sure I tried them out before I left. They ordered the front tires and 2 days later called and said I should replace the 2 rears or it could cause transmission damage due to the staggered wheel set up..... I made a comment if I pick up my suv, drive across the street, remove the 2 front wheels and rolled them in would u. Install the tires? Guy said yes....are u kidding me.
