Serena was so kind, but expertly informed about each and every car- their specs, details, etc! Superior product knowledge and exceptional customer experience. I told her upfront I was extremely picky and she delivered 100% beautiful choices and offered flexibility by researching nationwide on a car I had lost in a (rather devastating) accident. It's not a situation anyone would like to be in, but the good news is I'm still here- but my car is not. I did not purchase today from her- and it had absolutely nothing to do with her customer care. She's top tier and deserves a big raise, just for how well she knows these cars. Specs, stats, features... this lil gal can walk that talk. If you're a picky person- you've got my highest recommendation to make an appointment here and see one of these beautiful, fairly priced cars. Highest marks for a top notch experience. The reason I did not buy is (other than picky) I'm mourning a loss of a car I deeply loved. I need more time to hunt. The initial purchase felt amazing, as if I had made the best decision ever. The team got me into a 2021, when I was looking at lower end cars due to various reasons. A few weeks into my brand new purchase, I noticed some strange noises, I immediately called my sales person (Mike) to let him know that it sounded as if my brakes were bad. They gave me the run around. Oh Mike isn't here today, call tomorrow blah blah blah. When I finally decided to just visit them, Mike test drove my car and confirmed what I heard. He goes back and lets his supervisors know what he witnessed... The supervisor gave him (Mike) a paper stating that my brakes or atleast 1 was replaced brand new. He states "Oh sometimes these brand new parts can sound like that because they're trying to adjust"... I've never heard of that! Fast forward, here I am 2 months into my purchase and I'm getting my transmission looked at and serviced and, get this, the brakes as well... who knew please be cautious, those places like north coast and or buy here pay here company's aren't the only ones distributing lemons. These lemons just happen to look good. read more

In January of 2023 my sister and I purchased a car from this location (Bedford Ohio, Rockside Road) after the lease was up on the car we previously owned. We were referred to them by Enterprise Rental Car on Richmond Road (Outstanding customer service at the rental location) During the purchase of the car a second key was requested as a condition of finalizing the sale. The sales manager agreed and gave us a written pledge that one would be provided to us at no cost. We never received the second key and have contacted the dealership ad nauseam. We were told that the key was a hard to get due to the shortage of parts at the time (Pandemic). So we waited. Then we were told that it was ordered and would be coming in soon. We waited. Then we were told that the order was submitted to a contractor and given a number to call the business that the order was submitted to. This is when we got annoyed, because we were being shifted off to a secondary contractor when we felt that is was the responsibility of Enterprise Car Sales to properly follow through with the conditions of the sale of the vehicle, with one associate saying that we gave you the number to contact the contractor. No followed up with us pertaining to the delivery of the key as of September 30th , 2023. My family has purchased 2 cars from this dealership, with only a slight incident on the first car and this incident on the second car. With so many car dealership on the Bedford Automile in Bedford Ohio, one would think that it would be a priority of theirs to maintain an impeccable customer satisfaction rating and prevent this kind of review. Now, I am looking for a car for myself and will probably look elsewhere first. My perspective is if you can't handle the small issue satisfactorily how can you handle the big issues. (I have purchased over 9 cars in the past 20 years) One week (can very), but one week is all it took to have a car delivered and purchased. [Links at bottom of page] I purchased a 2015 Prius from Bedford Enterprise Car Sales a few weeks ago. I was initially very satisfied with my interactions with Enterprise. The sales people I interacted with were all great. The vehicle was in a different location and had to be transported to Bedford before I officially bought it. When I came in to sign the final paperwork I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't bother closely inspecting the vehicle to ensure that everything was as it should be. I figured a big name brand like Enterprise wouldn't try to pull a fast one, so to speak, in the same way that a "Buy Here Pay Here" auto lot might. That was clearly my mistake. As can be seen in the original listing on their website here [1], this vehicle was explicitly sold as having trim level 4. It instead has the base trim level [2]. I've highlighted the falsely advertised features from the listing here [3]. And as an example, so you can see for yourself, here [4] is a picture of the heated seat buttons that I was expecting to find one chilly morning a few days after purchase. This [5], however, is what I found. And so on for the other promised features. These particular trim features were the reason that I decided to go with this vehicle. If I wanted the basic trim level I would have chosen a less expensive vehicle. Beyond just the trim, though, I came to discover that the rear storage lock buttons [6] are completely missing [7]! It goes without saying that this is all extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning and I'll be encouraging friends and family to go elsewhere as well. I emailed the sales manager who had given me her card (the location isn't close to my home, else I would've stopped in) ALMOST TWO WEEKS AGO. And she still has not responded. I did, however, get an email from Enterprise asking me to leave a review online. Ask and you shall receive.
