We heard about them at the Bridal Show at the fair in January and had kept them in mind to book for our bridal party transportation (one 16 passenger bus) from Fayetteville (where our church is) to Oneida (where our venue is). This is a 25 minute drive. My fiance first spoke with the owner last week and then yesterday and was quoted $1250 for this trip. When he called to book today, the owner said he was busy and to call his assistant Terry. My fiance called Terry and told her the quoted price that was given to us BY THE OWNER, Joe. Terry literally berated my fiance and told him that "no way that is the price because it's outside the area". She told us it would be $1550. She was extremely condescending and literally laughed at my fiance. We cannot believe that this person would be working with customers. My fiance told Terry that the owner had quoted him this price and he just wanted to book it, she literally refused to honor what the owner told us. I'm sorry, but that's just a gross way to deal with clients. I don't know if the owner made a mistake but if so that is not the way it should be handled. We ended up booking someone else just now, so Terry lost them our business. I will be telling all my friends who are getting married this year and next in the area to AVOID this place. Gross.

We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

Wouldn't give a refund of the $200 deposit, instead a in-house credit to use within a year. There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. Overpriced assholes.

You could have had six comfortably. In any case, check in was a breeze, and the coach was in a vintage Pullman car that was in excellent condition. Soon after we were seated, the porter came and took our drink orders. Oddly enough, our drinks arrived quite a bit before the sparkling wine which was a part of the package. Our trip was on a cloudy and rainy afternoon, but we were quite comfortable and got to see a part of CNY that we rarely do. The most interesting part of the trip was when we crossed over a lake on the only bridge over the Finger Lakes. We were also given small charcuterie plates, and on the return trip a plate of a mini cannoli and a slice of chocolate cake. One of the highlights was a musician came into our car and gave us a private concert of a few songs about trains and traveling. He was very good and as it turns out is from the Black Forest area of Germany. We may do this trip again in a year or two. It was great fun!

The van was comfortable, clean, and roomy, and we had a blast during our jumps between wineries playing DJ and singing along to the glory of the early 200s. Our group had a couple hiccups when the day got started that Zach went above and beyond handling--like our Airbnb door not closing (bizarre, I know!), and Zach was kind enough to help us fix it so we could get on our way. We knew it was going to be a great trip when we got in and Zak simply asked where do you want to go? We said you are from here take us where you would go. He asked white or red? We said red.. We asked him to pick some cool music and he started with Bob Seger Roll Me Away and we were hooked. And so it began, he took us to smaller wineries with excellent products, good pricing, customer oriented and less crowded. Not a single tourist trap. Zak even put up with me pestering him about the bus, the motor, the restoration - I'm a bike and car nut. He even showed me his friend's beautiful european sports car at one winery.. nice! :) This classic VW Westfalia bus has complete charm, a few rattles, old school seat belts, a few bumps on the stone road and cool tunes; she showed us girls old school cool. This ride was exactly what we hoped for, we loved that we could visit, not sit there listening to some over the top driver bugging us with a bunch of chit chat stories, bragging tales of the area or taking over our day; he just let us have fun and relax. In some of the other reviews they wanted more chit chatty tour guide, not us, we want laid back and not trying to struggle talking to each other over a tour guide. We preferred that the wineries give us the tour we wanted and information at each stop. Zak was so polite, very responsive to answered to winery, sites and local questions we had. We enjoyed that he opened the door for us and took us into the wineries and introduced us to the folks there. The folks at the wineries treated us wonderfully and they seemed to be friends with Zak we felt they went out of the way to take care of us. Overall, I have told everyone I meet that this is the way to tour if you are into laid back, peaceful rides with great places to visit.
