DO NOT COME HERE!!!! SALES ARE A LIE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I came here with my boyfriend to get walking shoes and this place is a complete rip off. They had shoes advertised for $65 but when we checked out they tried to charge us $130. When I pointed out the sale and she even went to go get the shoe that had the sales price on it but the store manager absolutely refused to honor the price. The store manager (in red) was so smug and rude too, I'm shocked she even made it as far as she did with such a nasty attitude. Save your TIME and MONEY and go literally anywhere else!! I'm an owner of over a dozen Nike Air Max. I buy them by the pair. Today I slipped on a new pair that I had worn once maybe twice air max and found that one of my bubbles was popped. At 200$ a pop on each shoe I was a little pissed. I don't save all my receipts and I was planning on taking my shoe back for a replacement. I spoke with Alex and he understood. He called the store manager Micht. I explained to him my findings and he looked me up through my rewards card. Dude found my transaction from January and he swapped out the defected shoes. So today I have been trying to return my purchase of Nike Hurrahces and a cleaning kit . But they wouldn't let me return saying they didn't have money in the register . I did come in when they opened (9am) and Alexis gave me a card of the store number to call back . So I left and I came back later in the day (2-3pm) and asked if I could return my purchase once again . And Alexis was there still with a attitude saying I should have called like she said too before bothering to come back . Then she continued with telling me the system still isn't working and she couldn't make the return happen . She had a very bad attitude and bad customer service . I called before wasting even more gas (5-6pm) and asked if there system is still down and she laughed and said yea and me being frustrated about this asked when will it be running and she replied that she didn't know . WOW ! I go to this Finish Line all the time most of my shoes are from there , but I have NEVER gotten customer service like that . And I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !! Did an online order of a pair of shoes, I was so unhappy in the way they came in . The condition of the shoes were dirty on the sides used from the bottom from all the time the customers tried them on in store I'm guessing. I don't understand how that is allowed. There are very few times when I feel the need to express my disappointment for a large retail store's customer service, and this was definitely one that came as a surprise to me. My boyfriend needed to return a pair of shoes he had bought online, and because we were already in the Van Nuys area for lunch, we decided to stop by the Finish Line at Panorama Mall to return his shoes despite the poor reviews on Yelp. When we entered, I noticed that the store was quite busy with only three employees on the floor and working the cash register. We waited about five minutes until it was our turn at the cash register, but when we told him we wanted to do a return, he told us to step aside so that he could make purchase transactions for the next TWO customers in line AFTER us. Honestly, I have never worked retail before but having had customer service experience for the past four years, I do not think this was appropriate for him to prioritize a purchase and cast us aside just because we didn't buy anything. I gave him the benefit of the doubt assuming he was trying to be efficient but those purchases still managed to take up another 5-10 minutes of our time. When he finally decided to service us, he kept giving us excuses that it would be a thirty minute wait to wait for customer service, on call, so that we would be able to make our return. Needless to say, we left because of how poor their service was. We ended up going to the Culver City mall location and guess what, NO CALL. We got our return done in five minutes. In regarding to order method and shipment just customer service finishline generally. Poor shipment methods and sends you out display shoes. Exchanged 3 orders for poor shipment, without plastic covering on box and tags missing in box. plus the 3rd exhange for the 4th time customer service mentioned an express shipment but called back today and they said it will take another 4-5 business days. read more
