My mother and I came in here last Friday because she was seeking new sneakers and so this store happened to be in our radar. After she found the pair she wanted, she asked me to go form line. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes (the only obvious customer waiting, and the other cashier didn't even say anything to the other cashier that came over) as there was only one cashier who was assisting a customer. Then, another random lady popped up out of nowhere and decided to wait at the counter next to the cashier. Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. This DSW is my fav! It's quite big and they have a decent selection of women's shoes. I can't tell you how many times I hit up other locations only to leave disappointed. You can find some great shoes at the sale rack way in the back. The inside is very clean. You won't find shoes all over the floor or customers just trying on shoes and leaving them askew. I can spend an hour or more cruising each aisle seeking that one style that just "jumps" out to me. They also have a large selection of sneakers that are very "in" and trendy to more casual athletic type ones. The return policy is easy for online orders and in store purchase. Just make sure that they haven't been worn and keep your receipt. *The rewards program is pretty good. It used to be better before Covid. For your birthday you now get a $5 reward. (Used to be $10) but still worth signing up! Employees are very helpful here. DSW has turned into a sneaker emporium. They used to have a great selection of shoes and boots but now it's just so-so. The buying is not great as they get so many of the same styles and colors in different brands. They need to shake it up and offer more diversity. Lastly, the prices are out of control. I recently visited this store on the hunt for a new pair of sneakers. I found a decent selection of sneaks, at the average price. I don't know why but a store with the word "warehouse" in it makes me think of deals. But I didn't exactly see many on lower prices on the regular priced shoes. However they do have a pretty substantial clearance section for women. There are rows of shoes on clearance for women. But only one row for men. That's right, the men's section takes up like 10% of the whole clearance options. The men's clearance section was just as small. I was able to get a pair of Teva sandals and Teva sneakers on sale. One was 50% off and one was 30% off. So I got 2 pair of shoes for less than the regular price of one. I also got a couple accessories from the clearance section for 60% off. It's not easy to find people to help you. When I got to the clearance section there were a couple ladies there. But in the regular priced section there was no one near by when I wanted some advice on a comfortable long term shoe. They have lots of accessories too like purses and socks. They sell all kinds of shoes. So if you're looking for something specific, they will probably have it. However I did notice that they were lacking in some sizes. So you may have to order online if you wear a popular size I will mention that the women's bathroom is eerily dark. I had to take my 3 yr old. When we walked in she said, "Mommy it's dark and scary in here!" I had to agree. Also parking is in a lot shared with a lot of popular businesses. So I can imagine that it would be challenging to find a spot on a busy day. Thankfully it's on the end of the building. So that helps a little. Ive found a pair of comfortable boots that came size 8 left and size 7 1/2 right in the box and Im happy to buy them but Nicole the manager won't sell them to me. "That's not who we are"... and "we just don't do that..." are all they can say. To the management if Nicole is really following policy you're losing money on mismatched shoes. My fiancée and I stopped by here so I can get a dress shoe for our engagement pictures. Before I went to the store, I checked on their website which shoe I wanted and made sure it was at the store. Finding parking was fine since we came an hour before they close, but during the day you might have some trouble finding good parking. The store is somewhat organized, just other customers don't put the shoe box back when they take them out. There are employees throughout the store so if you have any questions, you should be able to find someone. I found the shoe I wanted and when I went to pay, the employee check that the shoe was the same size. I saw that they also have 2 spots for curbside pickup. If you want designers shoes at a discount come here. I would give them more stars but they don't actually carry a lot of size 5/5.5 in stock on location. Which kind of is a turnoff since I don't have many options shopping in the actual store. They do seem to have more of an option online, however I like to try on shoes before I purchase them. But if you're a women's size 7-8 you'll have no problem finding your size as they carry it throughout the whole store. They do however take back online order returns in store which is convenient. The staff here is friendly, but I don't really see a lot of them on the sales floor. And every time I have gone here to either grab something or donate something the line is long, and you'll be waiting for awhile as there's only one person in the cash wrap. I get it's covid and you have to clean between customers, but if the line is backed up, call for help.. let's get us happy customers out the door quicker! read more

Horrible customer service. Nobody asks you if you need assistance, I had to go around the store asking people if they worked here and I'm disabled. One cashier open with 3 people in line and and a customer who had returns and many questions and concerns but they refused to open another register. Also, they need to start carrying wide sizes in their store and not just their website, my daughter wears a wide and when we asked one of the girls if they carried wide sizes she was very dismissive and rude about my question. I walked the floor among all the aisles of women's shoes last week to fill some time before dinner. Though the selections were plentiful, the prices were giving me sticker shock. Also, some styles looked comfortable, but turned out not to be. That was unfortunate, as was having to walk out empty handed, with no match of shoes-to-feet that equaled a love match. Speaking of love, I once lost my wedding ring in this store when it slipped off my finger on a cold day. No one ever turned it in. Such a shame! We made the drive to a physical store location for my birthday (30+min drive) and we were so disappointed with the men's inventory. Tried on 8+ pairs and they didn't have any sizes or half sizes in stock. 8 different pairs of shoes and they didn't have a size 10 or 9.5??? Strange. My wife found so many shoes she loved and they did have her sizes so it turned into more of her birthday than mine once we got to the register. Customer support was friendly and nice. There was a rack that had a 65% off sign on it and when we we got home, we found out that one of the pairs we got of that rack was charged at full price. PROBLEM WITH RETURNS: If you need to return an item do not shop here. I had shoes to return, within return policy and with receipt. I was informed that a third party decided I couldn't return ANY shoes for months. But they allowed me to continue ordering shoes. I left the store with all my shoes. Found a great deal in clearance new Blaze and the Monster Machines light up sneakers for my little man 24.99$. Also bought a ton of their CBD lotions, I used them when I broke my foot and loved them then I took it up north to visit my parents and brother and they loved it so we're sending them some, it's expensive but a little goes a long way. Also CBD does not contain THC lol my mom was scared it would show up in her next blood test. Much like any discounted stores, it could be a hit and miss. I've gone many times and walked out with no shoe selected and sometimes I have managed to find some gems for less than $30. So I was on a mission to find a cool pair of men's Adidas shoes but either all stores I go to are dominated by Nike or the brand I'm looking for they don't hand much variety. This too was the case at DSW. Not to mention the shoes are in no way like a great bargain like you might find at say or Nordstrom's Rack or another discount retail store. The staff was really friendly and willing to be helpful and the store is clean and organized inside so that wasn't the issue. This is a nice big DSW store but unfortunately my first time visiting this location wasn't a pleasant one. I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes online and did the in-store pickup. I received my "your shoes are ready for pickup" email so I came here the next day and low and behold my order is no where to be found. They can see if in system but it's not ready and I basically had to wait around while they went to the back and out in the store to find the shoes I ordered. The whole point of ordering online was so I could get in and out quick which unfortunately didn't happen. Hopefully my next visit in store is a better one and I can re-rate my experience. read more

I love the organization and vast amount of shoes to choose from. However, I wear a size 7 (sometimes 7.5) and my size availability seems very scarce. I found a few nice pairs of shoes the last time I was there but they were only available in sizes 6/6.5 or 8-9. I know my size is common, but it's very disappointing to find shoes you like and are unable to get. The store is nicely maintained and a good way to beat the heat. The a/c makes it super cool lol. I don't know why I insist in going here. They have cute shoes but they seem overpriced compared to regular department stores. Maybe its for the convenience of having hoards of shoes in one area. I found a pair of shoes on the clearance rack that had 2 tags on it. One high price and one with a lower price. I went to check out at customer service, and when the cashier, Rashad, scanned the higher price tag. I told him that he should scan the clearance tag because that is the price on the shoe. He wouldn't and said that this is the price it should be. I explained to him that he should honor the price that is on the item, and I asked to speak to the manager. He said that he is the manager and he refused to honor the clearance price on the box, which is illegal. If he is a good manager, he should have adjusted the price to what was labeled by THEM on the box so that he can give good service to his customers. read more

This isn't specifically for this location, it is for DSW in general. It just happens to be the store I wasted my time going to. They periodically send out coupons. The one I just got shows $30 off on your $49 purchase. The first thing that popped into my mind was the old saying "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is", but I thought I'd give it a try. I like New Balance running shoes. I found a pair and took them to the checkout counter. The checker said "oh, this is ONE OF THE BRANDS excluded". The coupon does say brand exclusions apply, so they stay legal, but they don't say what brands. I don't know, but that leads me to believe most of the best brands are, and they're only giving discounts on the junk no one wants to buy. I didn't go to the website to see, and I have no intention. I can guarantee the next time I get one of these coupons in the mail, into the trash it will go. I have successfully bought shoes here in the past, so I'll give them 2 stars. I just don't like companies that mislead people, so I'll buy my shoes somewhere else in the future. I'd rather spend more somewhere else than ever to go to DSW again. read more
