The only option open to me is to return the shoes; shortly after completed, the app will generate a bar code and present a list of actual stores around me. I chose it due to the fact that it is close to where I work. I went there during the middle of my lunch break on a weekday and was astonished at how busy it was. this store doesn't have an area devoted to return items, so I had to stand in line with the rest of the people. I estimated that I stood in wait for around 15 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn, the cashier agent asked reasons I was returning, and I told why. She examined the shoes to ensure they hadn't been worn, scanned the bar code, and asked me to swipe the card that I paid with. The issue I didn't have a physical card with me, but because their device supports NFC, it can accept my digital credit card copy and it works perfectly. I didn't have time to tour the store because I needed to hurry back to work. I was irritated that I had to wait so long just to return one item. The only thing I can say is that the return process was made simple.

She knew the initial shoe I was looking for was out of stock. But when I asked about another shoe, she began comparing the in-stock shoe to the out of stock shoe. The features were comparable but it was half the price and it was in stock. It's also good to note, I usually wear a 10 1/2, but in this shoe 10 1/2 was too big. The 10 fit perfectly, so I was glad I came to the store, instead of buying online. Char, our cashier was wonderful. She was attentive and honored my online coupon. Therefore when I arrived at ORD without my trusty summer "jacket" my first stop after security was Johnston & Murphy. There really aren't too many clothing shopportunities at O'Hare so beggars can't be choosers. I rifled through the racks and selected a coated denim jacket that is not only super cute but keeping me semi-warm on the second coldest plane I've ever been on (first coldest was this winter - it was so chilly it required 40 minutes of deicing). The gentleman working at J&M was friendly, helpful and thorough. He removed all tags, had me store extra buttons and had me on my way in no time. If you have a little time and money to spare in Terminal 1 (near B6) give Johnston & Murphy a look.

Although the store is one of the smaller stores in the mall, they do have a pretty large collection of Jimmy Choo shoes and purses. You will find sandals, flats, and heels of different styles as well as some with pointy toes and round toes. The purses wrong from small to large in many different styles and colors. I only looked at a couple of pairs of shoes, but, the prices that I saw ranged from $375 to $750. There weren't any prices on any of the purses that I looked at at the time, so I'm guessing that they were considerably more. They do watch you like a hawk in this store, so not really a place to browse or linger. If you are looking for some Jimmy Choos, come on in because they are now open.
