This company was hired by my HOA to powerwash the exterior of our townhomes. They completely stripped the stain from my deck that I had just paid to have professionally done. They also bleached my flowers and killed them. They took no responsibility for stripping the stain, and blamed the stain company stating they did a poor job. Of course it looks like a terrible stain job AFTER the powerwashing damage had been done. The staining/painting company I used was recommended and used by our builder to do all of the painting and staining in the development, and the owner of that company did an exceptional job. Shame on them for pointing the finger at someone else rather than taking responsibility. This company even does deck staining and they could have offered to redo it themselves. read more

Our HOA community needed powerwashing done, and Southeastern Outdoor Restoration did a fantastic job ! They were through, and hardworking . Our community has balconies which really required much labor. and they just look so clean and neat. I might add it had really been heating up as the day wore on, but they kept the pace. This is a horrible company. They messed up my property and refused to take responsibility. They destroyed window screens and a frame. They pretty much told me it was my fault b/c my screens are old. They were not destroyed until they pressure washed. What reputable company does this? I have never been treated so horribly by a company that caused the problem! Now I am left to foot the bill!! My townhome HOA decided we need to power washing. My building looks good. My flowers in the back of my yard were destroyed. Power washed with bleach into the cement crunchy dead. Why not just go around them? Why not take the time to be considerate. Sigh read more

Please please do not employ this business for your power washing needs. I very unfortunately had no choice in who power washed my townhome as this was decided and arranged by our HOA - one can only imagine all they consider in arranging this is cost and not quality. Myself and multiple other neighbors experienced some incredible damage related to this company power washing our homes. MULTIPLE neighbors lost power, their carelessness in power washing led to water getting into places where it shouldn't have been and this caused electrical issues in our homes. They tripped one of our main breakers that wouldn't reset due to the water damage they caused. Unfortunately I discovered this on arrival home from work on a Friday, so was unable to contact the HOA as they had already left. I went without power to pretty much my entire main floor all weekend. Other neighbors couldn't and shouldn't have had to deal with that, so hired electricians. Additionally they damaged my Schlage keyless entry front door lock. On arrival home this had zero power to it. I reached out to the company and was told by their account manager they would send me a check to replace the lock. I didn't even ask for them to cover replacing it as I will replace myself. Then after sending them the lock and what I'm assuming was a price they decided they weren't willing to pay, I got a voicemail from a different member of this company saying he knew they told me they would pay for a replacement lock, but they changed their minds on that and they'll send someone out to have a look, but didn't know who or when that would be. That was yesterday afternoon and I have still heard nothing. I realize this is a luxury to have a keypad lock entry and there are worse things, but they clearly damaged and are skating around taking responsibility and fixing. Last but not least, it can be seen on my ring camera, footage of the individual power washing my home take a package that had been delivered after I left for work and throw it into the front yard, and never bothering to put it back on my porch. If this will be the company who continues to provide power washing through our HOA, I will highly likely defer and find someone on my own dime. The destruction this company caused and lack of responsibility is like nothing I've ever experienced before. read more

DISHONEST COMPANY! I just had my Windows washed by the Window Gang 30 days ago at a cost of $212.00. I was assured my windows would be spotless after Southern Outdoor Restoration power washed our unit. I called SOR and spoke with Carson Woodell that night at 5:30pm and told him about the spotty windows. He assumed me not to worry he would send someone over the next day to rinse all of my windows again and if that did not work he would send someone over to hand wash them. After the second rinse, my windows dried with all spots again I called back at 2:15pm on 7/18 and he said no worries he was sorry and would return on 7/19 himself to hand wash my windows and to text him my address. I texted him my address to (919) 770-8007 to be informed he was not coming on 7/19 or ever coming to fix the issue they created and he would send me 'a reason' via email. This is an UNETHICAL dishonest company I would NEVER recommend anyone to hire! We did not hire them our HOA did. But it comes from our monthly dues. Now we have 12 dirty very spotty windows and 5 dirty spotty glass doors all filled with THEIR spots because of the horrible power washing they did. Not sure about the quality of work but I have concerns about the professionalism of their employees. Trying to enjoy dinner and a beer at a local establishment with my spouse and we're being subjected to very loud, very explicit language from a couple of men who are next to us (including repeated use of the N word). Both men are wearing Southern Outdoor Restoration uniforms. I can't imagine the company owner would want their name associated with this behavior. These guys are great! They were hired by our community to pressure wash our buildings and I'm very pleased with their professionalism and quickness. Our deck is waiting to be stained, but the difference the wash made is incredible! They also did the sidewalks which made such difference. I've been extremely disappointed in this company. They are careless and have awful customer service. They were hired to clean our town home. They didn't even take the time to move my potted plants and as a result the chemicals they used killed my expensive and rare japanese maple. Also stained my flag I had out front and stripped the varnish off my front door handle. In several attempts to contact Tyler the owner, down over phone and email, he finally contacts me and seemed to care less what had happened and did not even offer to replace my damaged property! We hired Southern Outdoor Restoration to do a pressure-wash cleaning of our house. They were able to provide a quick quote simply by us providing our address. Once we agreed to the quote, they were able to come the next day and completed the project. The crew was super friendly and respectful, did great work and we were extremely satisfied. They followed up later that evening with some before/after pictures to highlight the job they had finished and we are sending in payment. They are really great guys that go above and beyond their job description, Besides also cleaning my town home they cleaned my patio and removed the my hoses from the outside faucet for me (I had been trying to do this, but they were really on there).
