If I could leave 0 Stars, I would! Waited nearly two weeks to purchase vehicle (previously owned by owners daughter-in-law) for my son. We were assured the car would be repaired (she ran through chain link fence at construction site) - muffler, windshield and cosmetic damage from accident. They changed price on me once from previously agreed upon price. Car wasn't ready when promised - thank God I did not pay for it until all work would've been completed! Waited an additional 10 days to get the car, called Bubba (Salesman) the morning we were supposed to pick up to ensure car was ready. Was told yes, everything was repaired and ready to be purchased! Drive 40 minutes to get there and the owner, Dean, tells me that the car won't be ready to be taken off the lot for another 2 to 3 days, because his daughter-in-law wants to ensure, she has her new car! Even though she apparently has a rental! I was furious! I asked to please see the car to check out the repairs. Thank God I took photos! Windshield was not replaced numerous other things that we were promised would be taken care of cosmetically were not done. Additionally, two different websites that we look the Vin number up on said the car had never been in an accident! Extremely concerning! I countered with a lower price due to the still existing damage and the fact we would have to wait another 2 to 3 days to pick the car up. Dean, the owner, told me he would go look into it and left my son and I on the lot for an hour and 15 minutes! Went back into the office asked for the accident report, which took forever to get from him. Shared with him, my concerns and displeasure, gave him another lower price due to further concerns with the vehicle. Gave him until until 3:30/4 o'clock that afternoon to call me back with whether he would make adjustments on the car price. Told me he would. Never bothered to call me back! Completely unprofessional and shady at best! Very concerned that the print out shows all these different repairs were done to the car, but yet they obviously were not done! Good people, fair prices. With everything that is going on in the world, you have to understand all businesses are dealing with staffing shortages and supply shortages. They communicate well and do everything they can to get you back on the road as quick as they can. It's silly to me to see people complaining about how long it took to get their car, knowing most businesses around here are closing without warning early, or randomly because they cant get enough people to work. So you know delays are inevitable. Do you actually think they want to hold onto cars longer than expected? No. They don't get paid until the car is picked up- so why in the world would they just keep a car for no reason? Some people will never be happy no matter how hard you try. These guys are as reliable as it gets. Some situations can't be helped and they do their best to keep you informed in the process. They worked with me and my warranty company and when my warranty company tried to give me a hard time, Automotive Experts fought for me and made it happen. I couldn't be happier. read more

The quality of service at this place is horrible! They have had my girlfriends car for weeks! Everything they have told us has turned out to be a lie!
