Their efforts are geared toward family literacy with programs geared to both adults and children. They operate many excellent programs around Palm Beach County including Glades Family Education, Village Readers, and Workplace / Community Education. Improving literacy helps improve the lives of Palm Beach County residents. It helps build future leaders. The Coalition's efforts are worth researching to understand what they do and how you can help as a volunteer, tutor or donor. You will not be disappointed. We continue to help 64,464 adults, children, youth and families through our programs to acquire literacy skills to be successful in school and in life. I would have given it a 5 and was leaning towards a 3 since the manage failed to hire enough staff to handle the bar. It took 30 minutes waiting in line to pay my tab. He's lucky to have a gal there that was doing the job of 3 people, but they were totally overwhelmed. Seriously need to double the staff for next year, at the very least.
