I guess I wasn't looking real hard because it's a DENTIST and who likes to go to a Dentist, right? Well I stumbled upon Strubble and my mind and mouth were very happy! Dr Strubble has an excellent chairside manor and is very personable. The staff was wonderful, fun loving and very positive. All in all I will not go anywhere else. My husband is now a patient and so is our grandson. They were great with him on his 1st visit X-ray and cleaning. He loved the way his teeth felt and kept running his tongue. Their facility has the latest technologies (digital x-rays, cleaning equipment, crowns made on-site), all their doctors are extremely knowledgeable about the latest dental technologies, and the entire staff always shows how much they care with every interaction. They are even YouTube content producers (check out their channel: InnovativeDentalofSpringfield) where you can see their doctors discuss their philosophy on various dental issues: cleanings, crowns, root canals, dental anxiety, and even how to finance it all, . When I initially moved to the area, I needed to get either a bridge or implant for a couple back molars that had been extracted a year earlier. Dr. Olson went over some different options, gave me the pros/cons of each, and provided a very cost-effective option for me with no pressure to go with one option over the others. Since then, one of my kids needed to get an (orthodontic) expander, and another now has braces. They both love going to the dentist/orthodontist since it's a great experience for kids too: They have some fun activities for the kids while they're waiting for their appointment.
