I grabbed a box which was empty and told the sales associate who was right beside me. I tried on a few pair of shoes then left the store. As I parked my stroller to put my baby in the car an associate accosted me in the parking lot accusing me of stealing and threatening to call the police. Long story short I ended up calling the police to help me in this situation. I had not stollen anything and these women were cruel. The employees in this store treated me like a criminal for no reason. Shame on the women working in this store!!!!! I will never shop at any famous footwear again!! The two men who were working were doing everything expected of them (at least from what I could see) but the lady who was working (her name started with a G, I think) was one of the worst people I've had the displeasure of interacting with in a retail setting. I have been going to Clarks for many years now, and I can only surmise that the quality of customer service has gone down so drastically due to people like her being hired all throughout the company. I really hope you all get it together, as I can't find any better shoes not only for my condition, but also for the price!

My daughter got some comfortable flip flops, she said she put them on and they felt so good. Cant wait until the fall to get some more work shoes.
