He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store.
