Finicchio Brothers has provided incredible service during the Covid pandemic ! Only one missed pickup the entire time & even then it was probably because the street was blocked by trucks. A true test of any business is how well they perform during a time of crisis - they were amazing. They always answered the phone & were very pleasant to deal with. We had a very bad wind storm last week but they still came by to remove the garbage; one bag had blown out of the can into the hedges & they collected that too. Very impressed with this company. First dumpster OK, but second so rusted through that contractor had to line much of it with wood and plastic for it to be usable. Worse was really bad drivers. They refused any assistance from the job site foreman and caused extensive damage to driveway and surrounding areas. A work crew was sent to clean up and re-plant damaged gardens, but after 3 visits by them or agents, no driveway repairs started after more than 2 months of delay excuses. read more

They charge me 594 $ for 20 yard container and the day after they come with 30 yard container without ask me if i want it or no... it was too big for my yard and i Call them for another small and they want more 300$ for 2 container of 12 yard... 594$ plus 300$ CRAZY!!! Can you give negative stars? We were away for four days at a funeral. On our trash day, apparently someone from finocchio felt it was necessary to unlatch our garage door, which set off our burglar alarm, take our trash cans OUT OF THE GARAGE, empty them into the trash bin, and then leave the bins outside. We had forgotten to notify them that we would be away, as this was a sudden event, but I have never heard of a trash company going INTO someone's garage before. I will be switching refuse companies tomorrow, and I am absolutely furious. read more

After being a loyal customer for nearly 11 years, I have to stop business with Finocchio bros. My house is skipped all the time and when the guys do come, they only take one bin. I called the head office probably 7 times just this year to report this and they tell me it will be fixed. Pandemic or not, I shouldn't have to continuously audit their job. I don't recommend this company. read more

Unreliable, sloppy and late. Don't answer customer calls, and the workers don't understand what has been instructed.

Late delivery and late pickup. I would not recommend this buiness

For the first 30 years I was their customer I would have given them a 3 or 4 star review. Sadly, my experience with them last March reduces them to zero stars - even less if it was possible. In March their garbage truck backed into my house knocking the post between my two garages back about 2 feet and with it the electric lines that opened and shut the doors as well as the switch for the overhead lights. The truck also knocked both garage doors out of their tracks with one of them hitting and scratching the rear bumper of my husband's car as well as bending the tracks and taking gouges out if both doors and damaging the molding around the doors. After months of asking for their insurance information or for them to take personal responsibility, they finally sent a carpenter and electrician to repair the center post. They denied responsibility for the damage to the car until I threatened to take them to court. They then agreed to the bumper repair and took the car to their shop. They refused to pay for new tracks and doors even though I offered to cost share the doors since they were old. I finally had to report the claim to my homeowners insurance who, armed with the police report and emails confirming their responsibility are now in the process of suing them to recover the money paid to me for the track and door repair. Do not use this company! Or, just hope you never have a problem! read more
