Ivan and Michael also greeted me on the other end, utilizing the same qualities to deliver my items as well as arrange them. When I wasn't sure where to put something, they were great at recommending places. And when I wanted to change an item's location, they were amenable to that as well. Emily handled my concerns with professionalism, fairness, and real diligence. She could not have been nicer. But I also recognize that any business of this size can occasionally have a bad crew or a bad experience in the field. What matters is how the company responds when that happens.
