I went to this place for the first time. The nail technician, Daisy was able to cut down my poor painful ingrown toenail and did an amazing job... it feels much better already!!! I love color of the nail polish, Holiday Pomegrate (773). Very beautiful and clean place... I will definitely be back again!!

I'm REALLY conflicted about this review. I've been a somewhat regular pedicure client as they're close to the house and have always done a good job. The gal who usually does it is fantastic. Yesterday I went in and she was busy... so someone I presume is new said to pick a chair and she'd be right over. I asked for a standard pedicure with callus removal. What I ended up with, is a toe that was pumiced so hard it broke skin and chemical burns on my ankles from the callus remover. The pedicure was mediocre at best. I wish I knew the name of who I normally sit with. I'll probably go back but only to her.

I've been to LV nails for the past two years, and I've always had such wonderful service. Winnie has always done my manicure and pedicure for that period of time. Cheap products asked for matte black the matte top Coat chipped in 1 day Then went back the very next day and lady "fixed it" and told me if it happens again it's because of the "chemicals" I'm using on my hands . You think I'm using acid on my hands or something? I asked her to maybe put two coats of top coat matte and she said "no because that's what would really make it chip" Anyways chipped again next day DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everything went great! My Boss treated me to a pedicure, and man do I feel relaxed! The entire ambiance is great, staff is very professional and gentle. The massage chair is working wonders for my back! I've had a few pedicures and sometimes I feel like there isn't a lot of passion and personality anymore. LV Nails & Lashes deliver a comforting, friendly and relaxing environment that will keep me coming back for sure! 5 Stars Update: she got me a manicure too!! My first one ever, Winnie took care of me. This is exactly what I needed, her attention to detail was very satisfying to watch, her hands were strong and gentle at the same time. She gave me the forearm massage with passion and energy! She even popped my fingers haha I was not expecting this day and I'm glad my Boss brought me here! Thank you for the first and I'll definitely be back for the second!!

I have been getting my nails done here almost four years, starting when I first moved to Vegas! Everyone here, esp Chloe goes above and beyond each time. I have a very specific way I prefer the length (one nail is different than the rest for work purposes) and she always remembers and does it exactly the way I like it. She also gives me good ideas when I come in with no plan, and the sets last a long time - and I can be quite rough on them. A++++ highly recommend, you won't be disappointed read more

LV Nails and Lashes is hands down the BEST! When I moved from Texas to Nevada, I struggled for months trying to find a nail salon that I truly loved. Nothing seemed to compare--until I found LV Nails and Lashes. Now, at the end of this month, it will be 2 years of coming here, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Every visit is consistently amazing. The staff is talented, friendly, and always makes sure I leave happy with my nails. In fact, whenever I have friends or family visiting from out of town, this is always our go-to spot. I know they'll have a great experience, and they always leave impressed. I asked for a lash lift and specifically asked to make them really curled since my eyelashes go straight down. I asked multiple times if she understood and could do this and she said yes. At the end my lashes looked liked nothing happened. As a medical professional, you can't get them redone within 4 weeks so my lashes looked twisted and barely curled and I can't even get them fixed. Moreover, there was glue stuck on my lashes that I couldn't even open my eyes, she said I could put water on them to wash it off when I know that can't happen. read more

First time trying this salon and I was in need of a gel fill. I was immediately greeted and asked if I had an appointment. I was advised to sit at a station and a few minutes later, I was getting worked on. My nail tech was very personable and nice. LV Nails & Lashes is my go to for my manicure and pedicure! Chloe, Kim, Winnie, Grace, and the entire staff are amazing. They can fit you in without having to book too far out, they'll help you pick your colors if you need, and they can always match your vibe while your getting your service done. Returned because I was very satisfied with Winnie's work. Did a mani dip, and no lifts for a month!!! I should have taken a picture! But since I returned to the nail salon with my friend who recommended Winnie, I ended up having Chloe as my nail technician instead. She is also great! I wanted to change up the my nail shape to short coffin shape, and it is gorgeous! I will re-edit my review after a few weeks to give an update with nail lifting! I am hopeful that it won't! Best nail salon in Nevada, extremely professional, clean and fast. The wait is never too long for a walk in and when you have an appointment they see you immediately! My nail tech is Chloe and she is very creative and detail oriented. Sometimes with my schedule going out of town often I can't see her for 3 weeks and my nails never lift. My gel pedicure turned out beautiful , the ladies were friendly the only thing I didn't like is she didn't file my feet well and left rough patches on my heels , she also didn't remove all the gunk from under the toe nails before putting polish besides than that I'd rate this salon 8/10 read more

My lashes were almost glued directly to my eyelids, which was painful and felt completely wrong. What made the experience even worse was that when I expressed my concerns and asked for a refund, they did not want to refund me. When someone is working so close to your eyes, I expect professionalism, care, and attention to safety. Unfortunately, I did not receive that. (Dm me here or on Yelp for a recommendation for a wonderful lash tech!!!) Let me start this off by saying that I have had my lash extensions done professionally for 8 years. There are lash extensions that can look full, amazing, natural, wispy, and also can be done on you very comfortably... and then there are lash extensions that can be very uncomfortable, eyes burning during application, too much glue used, glued too close to your skin, too blocky, thick, and fake looking! Sometimes it's hard to see in pictures, but you can definitely tell the difference in real life. I'm sure you've seen those really heavy, blocky, obviously fake, dark thick lash extensions and you think to yourself oh wow, I would never wanna look like that. Well, that is how this place does their lashes. The artists are some of the worst I've seen between California and Vegas. I'm sure the reviews are bought and paid, or probably from people who just don't know any better and think this is as good as it gets. I'm guessing they try to delete bad reviews too because I've spoken to multiple people unhappy with this studio since my experiences!!!! I want other women to save their time and money by avoiding it here. I first had an appointment with a new artist who was less experienced than the others. I think they call them junior artists or something like that. She was very sweet and she did her best. But her hands were sweating the whole time and my lashes were too small, sparse, and felt crunchy at the end of the appointment.. It was clear to me that she was inexperienced. The lashes were coming out a couple days after the appointment. I contacted the studio again and informed them what happened with this first set. They offer me to go with a stylist named Aliyah, who they said is their top senior artist and always makes everyone happy/everyone always loves her work. So I said great. Let's give it a shot. The work done by Aliyah was so aggressively glued to my natural lashes and so heavy for the natural lashes that the set was so uncomfortable from the moment she started doing them all the way through to when I couldn't take it anymore and had to take them off (about a week later) My eyes were literally burning throughout the entire appointment and she just kept shushing me like a baby and wouldn't give me a fan to fan them until I asked multiple times. When the appointment was over, my eye was incredibly red, see the photo attached. This is not normal!!! and must be because of either the insane amount of glue that she was using or the fact that she doesn't use tape properly for the eyes or maybe the fact that she just glues the lashes way too close to the skin. Either way, this is not a style or preference issue, this is just flat out bad training and application. Then, at the end of the appointment, the red haired receptionist was pacing upset and rushing. I told her that I realized she was huffing and puffing and that I'll be out the door as soon as I look over my lashes and make sure I'm happy with them. She told me she was stressed out because her mom was picking her up from work. This was extremely unprofessional as I had just spent over $300 including gratuities for two sets that were not what I wanted. The owners only took off $30 from the first set btw. You want to be happy at the end of a 2 to 2 1/2 hour long appointment because of course you wanna be happy with the work and think that you just spent good time and money, so you may want to be polite like I was and say that "the sets were good/yes I'm happy" but in reality they're just really not and this is not the kind of place that is highly trained for lashes. I have found an amazing Borboleta trained artist who I am more than happy to recommend anyone who wants to send me a private message! If you can't send a private message through Google, you can find the same review on yelp and message me there and I will absolutely give you the information of the person I found who is highly trained. The lashes look amazing, naturally full and fluffy, and she applies them in a way that is so comfortable. Save your time and money and avoid Mallyna.

I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the same technician performed both services, even though there were other staff members available and not assisting clients. Instead of creating a more relaxing experience, the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. My manicurist was impatient, hurried, and gave the impression that she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.
