Extremely disappointed in their floral delivery per my FTD order. In fact I was outraged and ashamed as the flowers were to serve as the focal point for an office going away party - before presenting them to the honoree. Take a look at the pictures as the 2nd is what I purchased via FTD.com @ $120 and the 1st picture of what was delivered!!! Not even close!! Please AVOID THIS FLORIST unless you walk in and see exactly what you're buying !! FTD called this florist directing them to replace my order. I would rather give it a zero. It is a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for mother's day. The florist marked the flowers delivered mistakenly and fraudulently while they never delivered flowers. Their negligence and recklessness made the poor mom never get flowers on Mother's Day. It is really frustrating. I called the day after to expect some reasonable explanations. One of the owners told me that they actually did not see the order at all and offered a refund as a remedial measure. I found it was the most ridiculous and irresponsible thing. Because their negligence and poor management, I missed the opportunity to set up another flower delivery. As a service provider, please keep at least some levels of respect to your work and responsibility. Otherwise I can never see your business ever succeed in the future. A final note, please never never book flowers from here. read more

I have ordered from Fiore multiple times..... mainly because they have never given me a reason to order from anyone else. The arrangements are normally very nice, but their delivery charge is a little steep. Overall, for the quality and how long the flowers last, I am a pretty big fan. read more

Coming in here makes me happy. I always feel like I'm standing in a cutesy little indoor garden. Charming yet sophisticated. The people who work here are extremely patient and helpful. Don't be expecting your typical oh-so-boring explosion of flowers shoved unceremoniously into an ugly vase; the designers here are definitely has a very chic/modern taste. They can go from simple but gorgeous to luscious and romantic. I was so impressed by the customer service, creativity, and final product from Fiore Floral. I contacted this florist to see if they could replicate a flower arrangement from my parent's wedding 35 years ago. All I had was a grainy photo, but this store was so knowledgeable that they were able to tell me exactly what flowers were used, and even offered to include embellishments, all at a lower price point than I had expected. The arrangement was beautiful, and brought my parents to tears...of joy! I will certainly use this company again! read more

I searched for a florist in the Rockville area on line because I live in New York, and needed to arrange for several centerpieces, flowers and balloons. They were extremely helpful, the cost was about average for floral arrangements, and delivery was included. On the day of the event they showed up right on time...a mishap caused one arrangement to be dropped, and they immediately went back to the shop and brought an identical one back in record time. The flowers were as ordered, and they've lasted beautifully. What a relief to have found them, when I was truly just googling madly! As a P.S. - at the party a guest told me the hotel he works for only every uses Fiore, so I guess I chose well. Heartily recommended for service and product. read more

We had contacted them because they were the only one's who could guarantee having the flower we wanted (bird of paradise, Raquel had designed the entire wedding around the flower). I gave my daughter's wedding flower order to Fiore Florist. They had to deliver 50 Orchids (Center Pieces) to the reception at 2.30. They had also to deliver the bridal flowers at home at 12.30 and they had to decorate the church by 1:00. Center Pieces were brought in at 11 a.m. in a diffrent colour than what was ordered. Bridal flowers (bouquets) were never delivered to my home. When I called them at 1:00, I was told that they are still at the church and then I asked them to leave the flowers at the church since they can't reach our home before we leave for the church. Church decoration was done one hour late than promised. Flower girl baskets were never delivered with flowers as promised but left two bouquets for the them. They had also agreed to take out everything brought in to the chruch after the ceremony, including the white carpet, but nobody showed up to take out anything! Oversall, the flowers were very good but this company does not have sufficient personnel to handle proper and timely delivery. Thery have also a communication issue. My boyfriend ordered flowers from FTD and this company fulfilled the order. They delivered a low quality bouquet and when 14 roses were bought, they gave 8. When both FTD and my boyfriend contacted them to fix the order, the Manager refused. The sales associate was also rude. Luckily FTD was able to get a better company to fulfill the order. If you are thinking about buying flowers from this florist, DON'T! Go to Rockville Florists. They don't rob their customers and delivered a higher quality product. read more

I used Fiore Floral for my wedding. They did a fantastic job- every detail was exactly like how I wanted it, down to the exact color. The wedding coordinator, Ashley, was great. When the test centerpiece wasn't quite what I was picturing, they fixed it for me. And they gave me a great price! Everything was delievered on time, and my flowers looked perfect. I wanted a "very Christmasy" arrangement sent to special friends and corresponded with Suhe to let her know what I wanted at a top price. My friends sent me a photo and the arrangement was pastel and looked like an average Spring display. I was very disappointed and will not order from Fiore Floral again. read more

Fiore deserves 0 stars! Placed an online order for a Thanksgiving flower arrangement a week prior to Thanksgiving. Received the arrangement the next day and i immediately contacted the shop to alert them to the error and confirm the correct delivery date on Thanksgiving. Fiore confirmed the correct date and picked up the arrangement w/in the hour. Received the second arrangement today, the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. Once again called the shop to alert them to the error. Was then advised that they were closed on Thanksgiving and that they had decided to deliver my arrangement a day early. Fiore has my email address and my phone #, not to mention that i had just confirmed the Thanksgiving day delivery several days before. Fiore changed the delivery date at their convenience and did not bother to contact me. I advised them that i paid TOP dollar for the arrangement in order to receive it on Thanksgiving day and ensure the utmost freshness. I let them know that i could have ordered an arrangement for less money and had it delivered today, so i didn't want to pay top dollar for an arrangement delivered on the wrong day. The manager and the two owners were all EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. The only option they offered was to pick up the arrangement and provide me with a refund, but NO delivery on Thanksgiving would be made, leaving me w/out an arrangement for my Thanksgiving dinner. The male owner didn't care and suggested i contact 1-800-flowers to try and still get delivery today (the day before Thanksgiving). The female owner stated that I shouldn't care about the early delivery because the flowers were still fresh, although by her own admission the arrangement would be two days old by Thanksgiving dinner. A business has no right to change a delivery date at their convenience without notifying the customer. On top of everything else, Fiore overcharged for the arrangement on my credit card statement vs. the dollar amount on my on-line order receipt. Buyer BEWARE... I give Fiore a BIG 0 for customer service and will NEVER buy from them again. read more
