I called this florist at 3:22 PM the day before Mother's Day to place an order for my mother. I spent about five minutes on the phone confirming they could handle a next-day delivery. The gentleman I spoke with was very clear that, because it was a last-minute order, they could only offer a "florist's choice" arrangement--which I was totally fine with. I emphasized that I'd be coordinating my visit with the delivery, and he assured me they'd notify me once the flowers were delivered. On Mother's Day, I showed up--and no flowers. I stayed with my mom for about 3-4 hours, and nothing ever arrived. I was never charged for the order (which was for a $250 florist's choice), but I also never received a call, explanation, or any kind of follow-up. Life got busy, and I didn't reach out afterward to ask what happened. Maybe they were overwhelmed or lost the order, but for a small business, it's surprising to see a $250 order just vanish without any communication. My mom thankfully didn't notice, but it was the first time in years there weren't flowers for her on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I won't be using this florist again. read more

This past Valentine's Day, my boyfriend surprised me and had a rose and lily bouquet delivered early in the morning! But I was very sad to see that the roses and accent leaves used were already partially dead and starting to wilt upon arrival. Especially the smaller roses-they were pretty much dried and the petals had blackened. I was very disappointed they chose flowers of said quality, and i would have appreciated if they had contacted my boyfriend to suggest an alternate flower if they had run out of fresh roses rather than send what they did :( read more

I ordered a bouquet on Saturday at noon with a late afternoon delivery. The delivery person texted a picture to me and I was very disappointed to see the roses in the bouquet were at full bloom. I am sure they were dead by Sunday evening. Were these blooms included as a means of clearing out the less than fresh inventory on a Saturday evening since they would certainly be dead by Monday? The owner returned my call with an 'attitude' and suggested I call the recipient to request that she send me photos of the arrangement. I needed to get a big and beautiful graduation bouquet for my sister and my mom recommended me to come to this place. Apparently it's well known in the Chinese community and literally the only place that everyone uses for funeral flowers because they're done so beautifully and in a specific matter for the Chinese community. They accept cash/credit and you have an option of either picking up the flowers IRL or having them delivered for a fee. It's literally right off of Elmo Street and I recommend parking by Lot 8, since it's just a 2 min walk from there. The guy at the front desk was so helpful! I honestly had no idea what I wanted except for cute and colorful and he gave me suggestions. They ask what your budget is, and be aware that they might just go straight for your budget max. Mine was $200 and he straight up wrote 200 for the cost. He explained that the cost came from the use of premiums flowers and it would be the large size that I wanted. He also gave me advice on keeping the flowers fresh since I needed to hide them for overnight. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase, tho it wasn't what I expected at $200, probably worth more around $150-175. (Some of the flowers are slightly browned) read more

Apparently, if you are Chinese, Lulu is the ONLY game in town for producing beautiful flowers with Chinese ribbons and arrangements suitable for Chinese customs. The floral arrangements were incredibly beautiful and they can do extremely large arrangements, wreaths, and spreads, in addition to regular bouquets. The flowers have always arrived when expected, the arrangements are beautiful, and the delivery people have always been friendly.
