I would strongly reconsider booking this florist. My ceremony was at a church and my reception was at a separate venue. Somehow, every personal flower--the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle arrangements, and urns--was delivered to the reception instead of the church. I walked down the aisle without my bouquet, my bridesmaids had no bouquets, and the groomsmen had no boutonnieres. There is simply no excuse for an error of that magnitude on someone's wedding day. Communication leading up to the wedding was just as disappointing. I was often told to upload inspiration photos to another platform, only to wait weeks for a response. Most of the time, I had to follow up myself just to receive an update. To make matters worse, I don't believe the owner was even present on my wedding day. Considering such a major delivery mistake occurred, it raises serious concerns about how the event was managed and who was ensuring everything was delivered to the correct location. I was initially offered a gift card for the inconvenience, which was honestly insulting given that these are once-in-a-lifetime moments that cannot be recreated. Although I was later refunded partially, no amount of money changes the fact that I never got to carry my bouquet down the aisle. The flowers themselves were beautiful but also not really the vision I wanted. Felt like there could've been more communication on her end to get it right. Attention to detail, communication, and execution are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I would expect from a professional wedding florist. read more

Lauren creates some beautiful floral arrangements and I can't stop gushing over how pretty everything came out at our wedding last week! We started talking to her around last February but we completely dropped the ball because we were so busy with work but thankfully she followed up with us and we're so happy she did! We weren't sure how many tables we would have at that point so we started with around a few center pieces for our reception tables, 2 barrel toppers, some boutonnieres, some bridesmaids bouquets, and the bridal bouquet. This February, I messaged her to change up some of the floral colors/types and she was super helpful at sending some examples of brighter flower colors and types! In May we finalized the order and added a bunch more items to our order and throughout the whole process, she was so nice and responsive that we felt at ease! On the day of the wedding, she popped into the bridal suite early with the bridesmaids and bridal bouquet and they were absolutely stunning! The arrangements were so pretty and we all loved how fluffy the flowers looked. The colors she chose really pops against our dress colors as well! Also, those bouquets smell fantastic, they smelled so good our two puppies tried to eat it after smelling it. The boutonnieres came out really great as well! The rest of the floral arrangements were placed at the ceremony and reception site. Seeing all our tables covered with flowers and candles, our backdrop covered in flower pods, and our cake decorated gave such a romantic feeling throughout the wedding. We received so many complements on her arrangements! I absolutely loved working with Lauren, I wish I lived in SoCal just so I can get more gorgeous floral arrangements from her. Without telling me, she mixed in fake flowers and it was very noticeable. When I confronted her, she admitted her mistake and told me she would partially reimburse me, but never did and then blocked me. Throughout the planning process, she was extremely difficult to reach. I couldn't even get in touch with her until three days before my wedding. She didn't show up to the wedding herself, instead, she sent an assistant I'd never met and never informed me of that change. This experience caused unnecessary stress right before my wedding, and I would never recommend this florist to anyone. Be cautious before booking. read more
