I expressed my discontent with my experience, and she did repeatedly apologize for how I felt, but her tone was distasteful. I mistakingly referred to my order placement as a consultation, to which she said, "There was no consultation, my love you just ordered a floral arrangement," which demeans the $50 price I paid for the bouquet. She made it seem like my purchase was not enough to receive a 5 star level of service. She rudely let me know that I was talking in circles during the phone conversation, and assured me that she had over 300 positive reviews and has been in business for over 10+ years. Extensive experience does not justify poor customer service. The owner called me "honey" and "my love" repeatedly over the phone in a condescending tone, which I let her know felt demeaning, and she continued to refer to me using those words. This is a business that deals with celebrations and happy moments, and I did not leave feeling any positive emotions about my purchase.

I guess one thing I didn't agree with was how much time we have to set up and break down. we had to add 2 extra hours to set up. other than that Brooke and her husband were wonderful hosts and were pretty accommodating.
