She rudely let me know that I was talking in circles during the phone conversation, and assured me that she had over 300 positive reviews and has been in business for over 10+ years. Extensive experience does not justify poor customer service. The owner called me "honey" and "my love" repeatedly over the phone in a condescending tone, which I let her know felt demeaning, and she continued to refer to me using those words. This is a business that deals with celebrations and happy moments, and I did not leave feeling any positive emotions about my purchase.
