Then convincing me to buy a new engine that they installed. When the car overheated, Dustin gave wrong advice on how to keep the car from overheating. And we are now having to get every seal replaced in the newer engine. Bolts were missing, including all for the motor mount. I am now having to spend that money again to get the engine repaired. I called a popular towing service in town for help but they said the wait would be 3 hours. I didn't have three hours to wait so I went online and found CAP Towing. Jason answered and told me he would be out in half an hour. He personally showed up and brought jumper cables to restart the battery. Jason went above and beyond in helping me with my car issues. At first, I was in a parking garage with a clearance height that no tow trucks could get under. Jason stayed on the phone with me and went through possible options to help get my car situation solved. Not only did he help recommend other towing companies that could possibly help if my car wasn't able to get into neutral. He also helped provide possible fixes and was able to get my car into neutral and get it out of the parking garage (which other tow companies said I wouldn't be able to do, etc.). He then proceeded to drive to me very quickly, pick up my car and tow it to the car shop. In addition, he is taking time out of his day without pay to figure out a way to get my cars battery to stop running. This is by far the best service I've ever had with any car/towing company in Charleston.
