They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. I got to tell you this burger was delicious! No lie! It was crispy on the edges and moist and flavorful in the middle. The crispy edges were amazing. Plus it's big. I ate 1/2. It comes with fries. But you can get tator tots too. I got the fries. They are the coated kind. I'll be honest I am not a fan of coated fries. Should have gotten the tator tots. Those were better. But didn't know. Next time I do. There are a few locations. And other restaurants under this ownership in the area. I guess the ownership is throughout the far east side, we spoke to the server and she said they are good people and have good reputation too. That's good. The tables are already well-stocked with condiments, so we never needed to ask for anything, which was great. I also ordered a witches brew wine slushy and it was such a treat. They had 3 Halloween inspired flavors to choose from, but the neon green was calling my name. The inside is pet friendly and has a bulk-bin dog treat station to get your pups some treats, as well as a dog menu for them to have a snack while you eat. They sell dog toys, collars, leashes, and other merch inside, too. Outside is a big patio/dog park area for the dogs to play. I'm also industrial seed oil free, and Hailey was attentive to both of our dietary needs throughout. I ordered two grilled patty melts and received burgers served on soft wheat bread instead of rye. The bread wasn't even grilled, and the sandwiches had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss cheese. The entire order was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and I was shocked by the response. The owner--not a manager--told me there was nothing she would do and that I needed to file a complaint with DoorDash. DoorDash didn't prepare the food; the restaurant did. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Errors happen, but refusing to address them is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will never eat here again. The owner's attitude has completely ruined what was once a decent restaurant.
