The breading was still good and crispy even with the sauce. Some good heat with a sweet finish. I got the Philly cheesesteak with sweet potato waffle fries and my brother for the morning after burger with French fries. We both enjoyed our choices. ZERO STARS - Don't Waste Your Time or Money! This restaurant used to be decent, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I ordered two grilled patty melts and received burgers served on soft wheat bread instead of rye. The bread wasn't even grilled, and the sandwiches had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss cheese. The entire order was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and I was shocked by the response. The owner--not a manager--told me there was nothing she would do and that I needed to file a complaint with DoorDash. DoorDash didn't prepare the food; the restaurant did. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Errors happen, but refusing to address them is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will never eat here again. The owner's attitude has completely ruined what was once a decent restaurant. read more

It's a very nice pub type of atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious albeit slightly pricey. Customer service and food. This place was once a decent establishment. Food was terrible tonight. A Ownership seems to be a little too proud of themselves and may have forgotten the customer keeps them in business. Very disappointing to see a place go down hill. Interesting little place. Small patio as you walk up. The inside is lacking decor on the one side of the location, but what seems like the "official" dining area has lots of wood. The wall by the other side is just plain cinder block, which I found odd. Doesn't bother me, but just noticed. Enough large TVs around to keep people busy. The bar seats about 12. I always find it interesting that bars use the larger sized bottles, instead of the typical size that most bars use. Not sure why, but I always notice that. Even so, I will say that the first bartender I talked with was great and poured a strong drink. He left at the end of his shift and a couple of others came in. They were fine as well. I would like a chance to go back to eat as I have heard their food is quality. I would say it is worth it to try again. read more

STAY AWAY! I placed a pickup order two hours before arriving. When I got there, the employee at the front told me the order wasn't ready and they hadn't even started it yet. I waited another 20 minutes before finally asking for a refund since I didn't want to wait any longer. The employee at the front refused to issue the refund, so I asked for proof that it would be processed because the place was clearly very disorganized. There were multiple other customers complaining at the same time and the whole situation felt chaotic. About 15 minutes later, the supervisor came out and began yelling at me, calling me a "fing ahole," saying I treat people like "s**," and telling me to go f*** myself. At that point, three customers in line actually stepped in to defend me and told the supervisor she was being rude and completely unprofessional. Because of how the situation was handled, around a dozen customers ended up walking out. Eventually the owner came out, gave a half-hearted apology, and issued the refund (which I would have disputed with my credit card company anyway at that point). If this is how they treat customers in public, I wouldn't trust what's going on in the kitchen. I strongly recommend staying away. read more

As far as customer service, the young man that waited on us was very polite. The wings were good. But when it comes down to the burger and fries that I ordered had no flavor whatsoever reminded me of the premade burgers that you could find in the supermarket meat department. Asked for extra crispy french fries when my meal arrived the French fries uncooked soggy lump of potatoes The server did bring out another order of fries that were extra crispy, but by this time I had no interest in the meal. Server mentioned that the workers were changing shifts he apologized once again, but did notice that I didn't even touch my meal other than one bite of a cheeseburger didn't offer to take it off the bill. Pretty solid bar with a good burger and a few beers on draft. About 3 tables available for outside seating, plenty of bar seating and some indoor tables. Quick and kind wait staff and tradition ambiance of a bar. Both of us got the smash burger which was great! Garlic parm fries were a miss for me but Its a large portion. Salad was solid. It was our first time at the restaurant. It was Saturday around 7pm. We placed our order and my husband ordered shrimp as an appetizer. Within a few minutes a waiter brought the shrimp over . After my husband started eating, the server informed us that was not his food. We both ordered the bull rider. After quite some time a server tried to bring us an order that was not ours. When our food did come we received the wrong order and we were charged for onion rings we never received. It seemed like we were not the only table getting wrong orders. Not sure what the disconnect was. I may be willing to try again but it was a disappointing experience. read more

This place is great. They have three tables outside and a nice bar on the inside. I had the Nashville, hot chicken sandwich and it was to die for, huge chicken breast, just the right amount of breading and a smoky spicy hot sauce on top. My buddy had the salmon wrap and said it was great. The french fries were hand cut and very good and the onion rings could be the best I've ever had. Our server was great. Priced pretty much how most places are these days, worth the price though here. They have great specials. Food is good portions and hot! The food is very good, but the service is unbelievably obnoxious when we came in. We were told that we had to finish our dinner quickly as other people were waiting for the tables and we had to promise to sit keep it quick. The water cups were all serrated on top. It's like put some money into some new Plasticware. Our server was cheerful and very kind, but the host is who sad us who was also the bartender. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I've been here a couple of times now. Location is pretty nice for a strip mall location. Burgers are quite tasty, but expensive. Pretzels are delicious. The only weak spot is their beer cheese. I have to say I am pretty particular about my burgers. I raise livestock and am usually disappointed by the quality of meat at restaurants in general. This is the best smash burger I have ever had... the quality of the beef, the perfect amount of ingredients, the Caramelized onion was actually caramelized and the size of this thing! I was not expecting this to be so good. Fries were on point. My bartender was also on point and these days that's a rare find as well. Incredibly rude staff. Overpriced drinks based on what you drive. Very sad as the owner was a very nice cordial person. She needs to look after the people she has working when she's not there. They should not post hours that they are open when they don't want to service customers.
