It's a very nice pub type of atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious albeit slightly pricey. We had some wings (mild & dry rub Cajun) which were crispy and nicely coated, some fresh cut fries (yummy) and a smash burger! Check out the menu I'm sure there's lots of good eats at this place!! Draft selection was kinda lame but it's not a big place, so to be expected.

Pretty solid bar with a good burger and a few beers on draft. About 3 tables available for outside seating, plenty of bar seating and some indoor tables. Quick and kind wait staff and tradition ambiance of a bar. Both of us got the smash burger which was great! Garlic parm fries were a miss for me but Its a large portion. Salad was solid. Kids Mac and cheese was kraft with some extra cheese on top which my kid enjoyed. We will be back.

My therapy dog and my wonderful drink.

This place was empty on a Friday afternoon. Well who else is in a bar at 3:30 pm on a Friday. I ordered to-go but George poured me a great cocktail - hand poured me an awesome cocktail. I'll update after I eat my to-go. I think I may have found a diamond in the rough.

    Salmon bowl special. Fabulous!

The space is dark and cozy and you'll forget all about the CVS outside by the time you sit down. The menu offers a nice variety of small plates, salads, sandwiches, entrees and pizzas. There are also cocktails, wine and a small but sufficient selection of beers on tap. The prices feel a couple dollars higher than you'd want them to be ($18 for a smash burger or a 12-inch pizza) but are comparable with similar restaurants in the area. My parents and I split the Medjool dates starter, Crunchy Greens salad and a mushroom pizza and all were very good and enough for all of us to enjoy (sorry, forgot to take pics). We drove this way after cross country skiing at Punderson State Park, and I can imagine us going back after our next outing there. Do recommend if you're in the area.

We've been going to your restaurant since the first week it opened and up until last week (Feb 2026). Your fries are consistently, terrible. My husband is gluten free for medical reasons. When he ordered, he specifically confirmed that everything, including his beer, was gluten free. Despite that, the bartender served him a beer that was not gluten free. When we pointed it out, the bartender simply said, "Sorry about that, I'm new here. I don't know that stuff." A dietary restriction like gluten isn't something staff can afford to guess about. If you're unsure, you should ask someone before serving a customer. The shift leader's response made the situation even worse. She rolled her eyes, seemed annoyed that she was called over, and said, "Okay... sorry. I'll take the beer off." There was no genuine concern that a customer had been served something they specifically asked to avoid. The manager eventually came over and apologized, saying that he needed to better educate his staff and that the mistake was ultimately his responsibility. However, after a frustrating discussion, he told us he would comp our meals, but that we needed to "take care of my staff," even though neither employee involved offered a sincere apology or accepted responsibility for the mistake. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they're handled. Serving someone the exact item they asked you to avoid, then responding with indifference and expecting the customer to reward poor service, is unacceptable. If your restaurant advertises gluten free options, your staff should be properly trained on what is and is not gluten free. This experience left us with very little confidence that dietary restrictions are taken seriously here.

Per our request, our party of six was seated on the outdoor patio overlooking the Chagrin River waterfall, which made for a beautiful setting. One thing to note: you cannot reserve patio seating in advance, but you can request it upon arrival if space is available. We started with four appetizers: *Heavenly Biscuits - AMAZING. *Short Rib Potstickers - Excellent. *Spinach Artichoke Dip - Excellent. *Grilled Artichoke - Good, but not really my style of dish. For entrées, we tried several different items: *Grilled Fish of the Day (Grouper) - Excellent, although the portion was on the smaller side. *Lake Erie Walleye Fish & Chips - Very good. *Thai Steak Noodle Salad - Excellent. *Steak and Frites - Excellent. We also ordered two sides: *Coleslaw - Very good. Is it the best coleslaw I've ever had? No. Is it excellent and worth ordering? Absolutely. *Roasted Baby Yukons - Excellent. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the restaurant graciously provided a complimentary dessert sundae. While the gesture was appreciated, I do wish guests were given a choice of dessert. The sundae was fine, but with several outstanding ice cream shops nearby, the ice cream itself was fairly average. Service was quick and efficient overall. There were a few minor areas for improvement: Wet naps would have been appreciated, as we had to request extra napkins multiple times throughout the meal. Service slowed down a bit during the dinner rush. The steak entrée arrived noticeably later than the rest of the main courses, which may have been due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. It also took a little longer than expected to receive extra plates when requested. These were relatively minor issues, however, and did not significantly detract from the evening. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience with great food, a beautiful patio overlooking the waterfall, and solid service. We would gladly return and would certainly recommend it for special occasions or a nice evening out.

The kitchen was a little slow, but our waitress mentioned it ahead of time and that was OK. We tried the Moqueca for two with lobster. We had the salgadinhos as an appetizer and they were delicious: three different kinds, cheese, chicken, shrimp. Think of them is like little empanadas and we would order this again. We ordered two waters and my husband ordered one soda for himself. He came back with two waters and two glasses and poured the soda into two different glasses and proceeded to tell us no sharing we weren't sure what he meant by this because I never asked for a pop. He was laughing when he said it so we let that one go. We ordered the same thing we got last time which was some kind of chicken stew with rice and coconut milk and peanuts because it was delicious the last time we had it. I made the mistake of telling the waiter that my husband had the chicken stroganoff and that was good too that I had tasted his last time he proceeded to tell me there's no sharing and laughing hysterically. I figured he was just trying to be funny? The last time we came to this restaurant, we had four people the bill was $350 because we ordered all kinds of appetizers and desserts. He overheard this and came to the table and said then I think what you need to do is order the $80 plate since you guys are ordering the same thing and remember there's no sharing then he proceeded to say something else about getting me another Coke if I wanted it and my husband had to correct him several times saying she never ordered a coke if you would have actually listened to what we wanted and stop trying to be a comedian ! Then my husband told him to please just put in our order for 2 dinners and some bread or we were going to leave, he said oh are you serious right now? My husband told him yes I am and you are insulting us with your comments about " sharing " its getting to the point where we may need another waiter he quickly walked away. Someone else brought our food to the table but no bread, my chicken stew had 3 little pieces of chicken in it nothing like we had the 1 st time my husband had to give me some chicken with my stew which was a coconut soup with a little white rice all mixed together not like the last time at all. We finally had to ask for the bread which he brought over. The dinner was terrible, but we didn't want to say anything because we just wanted to get out of there. Our whole dinner was ruined. Here's the thing the waiter seemed very off-balance. something is definitely not right with him. I understand he's new but the way he was speaking with us was unprofessional. Don't try to be a comedian. Read the room. And as for his comments about sharing for the last time when when we were here with our daughter and her boyfriend and spent over $300 for the bill, we can taste whoever's dinner we want to taste! And when you're offering tapwater and four dollars for a can of pop and making comments the way he was, I will never ever step foot in this place again too inconsistent with their food and too many other places to go to. So disappointing.

So she chose the Christmas lights of Chagrin Falls and "Odd Fellows Restaurant" which looks out on the Gazebo and all the lights of the square. We arrived at the restaurant and immediately were seated at a comfortable table in the center of the room by a very professional young woman. Very shortly after, the sweetest, most bubbly young lady greeted us and introduced herself as Bianca, our server for the evening. I can't say enough about Bianca. She was absolutely extraordinary. Friendly is an understatement. She had a beautiful smile that never left her face. She was so personable you could not help but feel comfortable in her care for the evening. Throughout the 2+ hours we were in her hands she just kept getting more impressive. If you decide to give "Odd Fellows" a try you would be doing yourself a great service by requesting her as your server for the evening when you make your reservation. Our initial order included refreshing drinks from the bar along with great crusty bread and excellent "Roasted red pepper soup". Very nicely done. We followed that with our entrees. I ordered the "Sesame Tuna" which was very nicely prepared. My wife and sister-in-law had the "Walleye" and they loved it. My brother enjoyed the "Shrimp Bucatini". I must say the kitchen did an exemplary job all evening... Kudos to the entire kitchen staff. We followed dinner with excellent coffee and very nicely presented desserts. A marvelous finish to a marvelous evening at "Odd Fellows". I give them my highest recommendation and encourage you to give them a try. Don't forget to request Bianca -- she is the cherry on top.

We also ordered Brussels sprouts, fries and "onion rings" for the table. The Brussels were fantastic, probably my best bite of the night. I also really loved the fries, they had the perfect amount of salt which I always appreciate. The onions rings were very good, but I would call them more of onion straws so just be sure you know what you're getting if you grab those. Others at my table enjoyed the burger a lot, as well as the shrimp pasta. A lovely holiday experience overall!

We placed our drink order and waited...out came 2 glasses of wine, then the third and then the beer that was ordered. Also asked for lemon wedges for the water which came after the beer. Placed appetizers order of crab cakes and smash burger. Waited a bit and then placed order for two salads as part of our dinners. Salads came out before the appetizers. I must say the crab cakes were delicious (maybe not $26 delicious), the smash burger was ok, very greasy and fries were not very hot. My biggest disappointment was my entree, Parmesan Crusted Seabass which is one of my all time favorites that I order when I see it on the menu. The plate looked delicious but looks can be deceiving. The Seabass was more breaded than Parmesan crusted. Usually When I order this it is Seabass topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and baked, this was not that! Then the sauce that covered the spinach and potatoes and lobster pieces had red chili flakes added(which is not noted on the menu) which added "heat" to the dish that I was not expecting nor was I able to eat. For $55 I was very disappointed. No, I didn't mention this at the time as we were dining with family and I didn't want to disrupt the dinner by sending it back. Such a simple thing to note on the menu description! The short rib was the best entree of the table, nice portion and delicious sauce. The filet was tiny, maybe 4 oz. Definitely not anywhere near 8 in as stated on the menu and it was hard to find with all of the broccoli on the plate. We will be visiting family here again but definitely won't be back here. On another note, the music they were playing would be more suitable to a dance club than a venue such as this.
