No 'pods' where cold air seeps in which means you stay warm throughout the float. The saunas are incredible and the Sno Shower makes the top tier membership worth it. I cold plunge at home, and while I love it, it can be a chore. At Perspire, after a sauna, the 45-degree shower is perfect. It gives me the cold jolt I want after the heat. Afterward, I use the cool eucalyptus towel that is provided, toss my towels into the bin, and I don't have to fill ice molds or clean up. I walk out better than when I walked in.
